I stopped in here while shopping nearby. I live in the South Bay but happened to be meeting friends in the valley. I got 3 things and all were excellent...I will make a point of stopping there when I am in the area. We don't have anything like it near me.

Very popular and a great bakery, period. (The deli next door sucks!). Modestly priced for the value. I have never been disappointed with anything, although, I know of no one else who puts pecans with marzipan (almond paste). Great Delcos, nice variety too. Butter cookies are delicious also with a great variety. My only issue is with their staff. The... More

Happen to be in the area and needed a nosh. What could be better than a bagel or piece of bread from this longstanding paragon of a bakery. Lines wiaitng for some carbs are nonstop but nice staff gets the goods to you quickly.

I have been eating their baked goods for decades and they are just as good today as they were when I was a kid. The chocolate chip cupcakes are awesome. as are the chocolate chip danishes.

Chocolate chip danish, butter cookies big and small, corn rye bread, raspberry or apricot rugelah, florentine cookies. Bea's is one of my all time favorite places ever. Been going her for decades. Whenever I am in Tarzana in Los Angeles, I always stop by Bea's Bakery for the delicious treats and breads. I have also traveled the 90 miles from... More

we all remember going to Bea's Bakery when we were kids--cake orders and those black and white cookies: around long before the fancy cappuccino style places

This is our go-to bakery. We never go anywhere but Bea's when we need tasty baked goods for an occasion - and they never fail. Their breads, (black and white) cookies, cakes, mandel bread, rugalach.... you name it. At Bea's, it's great! I'm only sad that they did away with their senior discount for my mom... But we still go!

My husband has a sweet tooth so when we visited his sister in LA, she took us here, figuring he would love it. She was right. Everything was fresh and home made. He tried a variety of things throuout our week in LA. (We visited multiple times.) We particularly loved the Napoleans and the rainbow cakes. Over a month after... More

I love Bea's for well everything but especially for the Russian tea cakes, kichel, napoleons, and delcos. Oh the delcos are my downfall. I do not live in LA anymore but every visit, I get there and pack it home. Still as good as ever.

I am two hours away from Bea's Bakery but every time I visit the area I make a stop at Bea's for their Black & White Cookies, chocolate chip rugelah, a corn rye, challah and hard rolls! I have tried Black & Whites elsewhere, all with the promise that theirs is the best...sorry none are better than Bea's!
