Could have been because we were there on a weekday. Could have been because we were there close to quitting time. The food was great; tasty, served at the right temperature. The waiter misunderstood that while we were waiting for some other party members to...show, we definitely wanted to order NOW and not later. So we waited a long time for the waiter to return and take our order. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience, and one that we will be repeating.More

Nice looking place with a decent menu selection, however very inconsistent food and service.. My wife and I went twice and ordered the sames things both times. She had the grilled Caesar salad and loved it. I had the prime rib sandwich which was inconsistent....First time was on a baguette, the second time on a different type of roll, maybe a ciabatta. They seem to struggle with making it rare or medium rare, kind of got a confused look both times when I wanted to order the meat cooked to my liking, it is prime rib after all. They did OK the first time, not as good the second time (cooked medium, but did not have the energy to send it back). The fries are OK, but they're obviously the frozen, pre-blanched type (to create an artificial crunch to them), which reminds me of a fast food restaurant, not one charging $20 for a sandwich. Do yourselves a favor and go to a Houston's/Hillstone to learn how to make this sandwich and the type of fries it should be served with. The servers are very nice and friendly, but the service is very inconsistent. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to our table after we sat, then we had multiple people asking us if we wanted water or had any questions, very disorganized group of people and the place wasn't even half full in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Is anyone managing this place?More

The food was beyond my expectations. It was delicious and the service was excellent! I ordered the Stroganoff and Pinot Grigio . Both were perfect, 5 stars ⭐️ ! I’ll be back and I’ll recommend it to my friends!

Pros: They cooked my sons burger perfectly. Servers were not rude. Bartenders made good drinks that actually had alcohol. We had a beer and a cocktail. Cons: We decided to give it a try on a Saturday night. Servers do not seem to have proper...training. As soon as it got busy, our server seemed lost. He was not young either. I noticed the same problem at other tables with other servers. We tried the fondue and some other appetizers. Menu is salt based, not flavor based. Everything is bland and salty. I dont mind a menu that doesnt have a theme or focus, but I do demand food with flavor. Restaurant has potential but without properly trained and a solid menu, I dont see this one weathering the next storm.More

Great place to grab a lunch or late lunch with spouse or family. The food and service were very good with reasonable pricing. My only complain was that the table was not as clean as it should have been. Cheese remains from the previous guests...were still on the table and seats. I can understand why, we ordered the garlic parmesan fries ourselves and the cheese has a tendency to fly on its own. Definitely recommend them. But also recommend the staff clean the tables a bit better. Overall a wonderful lunch and will go back again.More

The happy hour menu was great, lots to choose from. Not a good on of drinks for Happy Hour but they have lots of beers on tap. We ordered several things and everything was amazing 😉. Different flatbreads and salads you have lots to choose...from. Full menu is available as well. Dessert was great, we just couldn’t finish it too full. Enjoy 😊More

We went here to meet have a nice family brunch and meet the boyfriend if our niece. The gal at the front could have been a bit more friendly in seating us! I guess this was a precursor of things to come...I ordered the classic...eggs Benedict-eggs were cold and overcooked! My wife had the spinach Benedict and again her eggs were way over cooked to the point she sent the order back. The manage came over and apologized telling us that he was thrown into this just a few days ago. All he asked for was "another chance" but didn't offer to comp/deduct anything off our bill! This place had better get its act together since the restaurant competition at the Village is fierce!More

The Service: Our server, Jackie, is definitely a rockstar. She is super efficient and attentive! The drinks & food were served promptly. She was constantly checking on our table to see if we need any additional service. The Food: Love their Happy Hour menu. The...price is reasonable. The portion is perfect to share. My favorite is the poke & artichoke dip. My favorite drink has to be the fancy Bloody Mary.... decorated with bacon, olive, hard boiled egg & etc. Love it~ The Parking: Mall parking structure and parking lot in front of Topanga Blvd (90 minutes free)More

Huge burgers, cold beers, and excellent service. The Spicy California Burger was so big I only got through half. Worked for me, took the other half back to the hotel. I was the most excited for the Brussel Sprouts, and they turned out to be...soggy instead of crispy. Huge menu, can't wait to return when I'm back in LA.More
