Amazing place in Silver Lake - a wonderful patio like setting in an area where you would never expect such a wonderful place. We went with two friends (who actually introduced us to this place) - vegetarians. I am - as one can see - not a big veggie eater, but I could not get enough of the spouts and... More

We had our first dinner in LA right here and absolutely loved it! Nothing we could find for the rest of our trip could keep up with this one. Firstly the decor and ambience puts you in a place far far away from the city, you feel like you are in a magical forest with gorgeous bathrooms 😊 The food... More

There is a lovely backyard patio ( although we had tons of flies hanging around our particular table) and the service was friendly and efficient. The brunch food was very mediocre, so we're not really tempted to go back for other meals.

First time visit to a little restaurant hidden in an alley. Whew, I thought! Hidden in an alley? Walked into an old converted horse barn, with lots of silverware clinking off of white plates. Everyone seemed entranced. Now I know why. The food is absolutely fabulous. We shared. Thai fish, wangkyu beef,Salmon, cauliflower buds, brussel sprouts and bubs bread. I could... More

Do you love amazing food? Cliff's Edge will not disappoint you! Best to make a reservation in this tucked away (almost hidden) gem of a restaurant. Whether you like spicy or simple, this place has it all. You sit in a multi-level eclectic place and under the stars and trees. Wonderful service and out of this world food.

Went to Cliff's Edge for dinner with our great pals! What a meal! The menu is designed for sharing and sharing we did. Octopus, heirloom tomatoes, Parker rolls (2 orders - they were amazing), cauliflower, pork loin and red snapper and more. Simply said - don't miss the opportunity to try this place if you find yourself in Silver Lake,... More

The Cliff's Edge is quite a find. Its ambiance is superlative, its service sublime, its food might seem too beautiful to eat, but do NOT make that mistake. Even the drinks were fun. In a non-solicitous way, one of the owners and the manager made us feel welcome. The olives made a fun appetizer, and the beet salad was awesome.... More

A tree-shrouded patio lined with bamboo provided an outdoor ambience that made this a unique dining destination. Sadly, the food wasn't as interesting. The burgers we above average. The shaksoka looked like a bowl of canned tomatoes and didn't win much approval. Definitely not worth the price. However, the smoke salmon and eggs did pass the taste test. Our party... More

This place is a dream for visitors to LA - we sat outdoors in a tropical garden. Staff were probably the best during our visit to California - warm, friendly, knew when to leave you alone. The menu was original and everything had an intensity of flavour so often lacking in US restaurants. My recommendations are the breakfast hash and... More

The restaurant is placed on a hill so some of the tables are outside under the trees with a fire pit and heating lamps I'd the dark. I found it fun. The food was odd, the duck tasted like a slab of flesh, not exciting, the Brussels sprouts were crunchy with a lot of lemon. I liked the banana split,... More
