The food is good but the customer service is far from being ok. I went yesterday with a group of eight and we asked politely to the waitress to pay with 4 cards, her answer it was, and I quote: “absolutely not”, and again, we...were not asking to separate the bill, we were just asking to pay different amounts for each card. We try to explain to the waitress our request and her answer it was, and I quote: “We don’t do that here, you will have to figure out, and you will have to do it quick because I have people waiting”, and with that attitude my friend, that’s how you lose business. In the meantime, there was a drunk guy out of control, swearing and screaming to other customers, which is kind of normal in LA, what is not correct is for the staff to allow that behavior. Neither the waitress or the manager did something about it, and that’s unacceptable, as a business owner myself, I always make sure that everyone is having a good time. The correct way to address a situation like is to ask the customer to behave or leave, you cannot just ignore what’s going on. It was really sad when people started leaving because that guy was out of control, maybe he was a regular, but someone like that is hurting your business. If you really want more customers, new customers, you will need to have a meeting with your team about how to provide good customer service and how to address a drunk customer situation. Your business has a lot of potential, but you may have to retrain your staff.More
