Very very good curry food, but some of the BBQ chicken pieces was dry. I will eat here anytime again. Price and qulity are balance.

Live in the area and have been coming here for 15+ years. Sign at the entrance it's under new ownership. Stopped in for takeout lunch yesterday. Ordered a chicken Penang curry and ginger beef. Their entrees do not come with rice (really, this is dumb) and start at $8.95 before you add meat. Add another $4+ for rice and suddenly... More

Came for a friend's wedding rehearsal dinner and this place was perfect! Had a cute family party kind of feel and the food was amazing! The owner set up karaoke for us and made beautiful flower arrangements at no extra charge.

Nice outside dining surprisingly for America really small portions ! What there was is tasty but minuscule ! Considering rice and noodles are really cheap they could have bulked out there portion sizes at no great expense to them . Also not cheap so I would recommend find a thai take out your get more food for a lot less... More

Coconut ice cream with banana rolls/fritters. Outdoor seating next to the Venice canal in sunny California. No need to say more!

Very accommodating and super duper veggie friendly. I thought the flavored were developed well and the service was absolutely lovely. I also got a beautiful bouquet for Mother's Day from the restaurant which I thought was a real nice touch. I definitely recommend this place - we will be back with friends next time and also consider delivery. Btw this... More

We visited this little jewel adorning the Venice Canal Historic District in Los Angeles following a stroll around the canals. It's a very small Thai restaurant conveniently situated at the very end of one of the canals. They have just a few seats on the patio and a few inside. Since this is our first time visiting, we went for... More

We ordered satay, egg rolls, Num Tok beef, beef broccoli. The satay was ok. The Num Tok way too spicy even though it was supposedly median spicy and I am typically ok with hot. The rest of the meals were unremarkable , even somewhat bland. And this is not a very cheap place.

The place doesn't look like much but the food is very good and the lunch specials are great value. We went twice as we enjoyed it so much. Try the lunch emerald or ruby curry specials, very nice.

Cute little place and very very busy on the Sunday night when we ate there. We elected to eat in the tiny dining room vs outdoors (seemed like it would be too cold outdoors, despite their heat lamps). Indoors had a Spartan ambiance. Server was nice, but she messed up our orders. We had spring rolls which were on par... More

Staying in Venice

Neighborhood Profile
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
