We were staying in the area and walked to Dinah's for a Late Breakfast. Typical Old Time Diner atmosphere with lots of seating. Great breakfast deal - $6.95 for 2 eggs, choice of meat, potatoes or pancakes. Served quickly and to order with no fanfare. One of us chose the potatoes, the other chose pancakes and there was plenty of... More

Very good fried chicken, get the excellent mashed potatoes as a side. The meal comes with banana bread, a nice treat. Breakfast is served all day so even the picky teen was happy with his giant stack of pancakes. Desserts looked awesome but too stuffed to try. The service was quick and friendly.

Staying in a hotel nearby and was in the mood for good fried chicken. I knew that Dinah's was just down the street, so I went to their Web site and ordered my chicken and sides online. Ten minutes later, I walked in to the Take-Out area and my order was ready! I really think Dinah's has some of the... More

Dianh's has been in Culver City as long as I can remember. It is a great place to stop on the way to the Santa Monica beach. Pickup a couple pieces or a whole picknick basket full. And DON'T forget their deserts. German Pancakes and Apple strudel.

From the minute I walked into the restaurant I was awed by how it reminds me of a 1955 restaurant Family Restaurant the waiter the waitresses and the greeter at the door knew everybody and talk to everybody they proceeded to put us in a nice area so we could see the whole restaurant and then we started with orange... It's the Wandering Yank here. Mrs. Yank and I had a recent visit to Culver City, and as Dinah's is across the street from our Doubletree Inn (see my review), we gave it a try for breakfast. It's a very traditional cafe. The buttermilk pancakes were very good. Coffee was pretty good too. Service was very attentive. I must go... More

It's a diner style restaurant and it does some home cooking types of dishes. The menu is vast and the food is simple, well cooked. Service was good. I couldn't fault the place.

Fun place. They filmed an episode or "Modern Family" there. Great atmosphere. Cute interior and exterior. Apple pancake is terrific.

Probably here the wrong day. It was Mother's Day and packed. Breakfast menu looked great but a little pricey. I tried the corned beef hash and didn't care for it because it was way too salty. My wife had the eggs and pancakes and they were good.
