A wonderful dining experience for my family! The food was outstanding, the service was graceful and we got a visit from Chef Niki.

The whole concept behind what you eat moved me. It took my breath away. Why o why this restaurant has no stars. Are they sleeping in Michelin world. Three stars from me

I celebrated my birthday at n/naka, and could not have asked for a more perfect experience. This was my first time trying Kaiseki cuisine, knowing full well that Chef Niki puts a modern twist on the centuries old haute, Japanese tradition. We did one sake and one wine pairing. The presentations and preparations were well done and balanced. The timing... More

My wife and I both agree; the meal we had at n/naka was the best tasting meal we'd ever had. Some of the flavor combinations (like the lemon-ish puree with the scallop and soy sauce) were like magic, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The pasta dish, the beef dish and the scallop dish was our favorites, although they all... More

After having to wait months for a reservation we finally experienced the amazing, unique, elegant dishes from Chef Nakayama. Treated like a rock star from the start by the amazing staff since you walk through the door. Our evening consisted of 13 course meal (no menu) which they paired with wine (highly recommend) were far less then exquisite.

Well this type of dining was an exceptional treat. First, the service was impeccable. The staff could not have been more kind and more attentive. I can understand why it takes three months in advance to get in. But the food was outstanding and so delicious and fresh and the flavor combinations. We did the wine pairing and that was... More

This is honestly one of the best meals I've ever experienced. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like a VIP. The restaurant is small inside, so not much seating, which means that reservations are a MUST. In fact, the open reservations up 3 months in advance, and they fill up very quickly. The service here... More

After hearing about N/naka on the Nexflix Chef’s Table Season One, we had to try N/naka. Being a foodie, the chef’s story was compelling, and the unique dining experience seemed like it would be akin to a bucket list trip to French Laundry. The wait to actually get a reservation took a couple of months. So it is possible our... More

The food is beyond compare which is amazing for a Los Angeles restaurant. The courses were not only delicious, but a feast for the eyes.

We ate at this restaurant about 3 months ago and it was over the top, one of the finest meals of my life and I'm a foodie! The only problem is that now the restaurant is next to impossible to get a reservation for on a Saturday night. If you have the chance to eat here I highly recommend it!... More
