nicely cut and fresh lettuce. Beets well sliced and pickled just right. Fresh. Tea is brewed and a delightful alternative.

I'm of Viking heritage and grew up eating mostly fresh seafood caught by my dad while deep fishing weekends in the So Cal ocean or when out on our boat. There is no fish in the sea I have not gutted & cleaned. I know...More

Santa Monica location is perfect but the food and service are mediocre. A disappointment; doesn't nearly live up to its hype and/or reputation. Certainly not fine dining and prices way too high.

Nothing to quibble about with top quality food and nice quiet ambiance, just be aware of menu prices.

The food is fresh and great, especially for the seafood. However, the portion is a little bit small. The enviornment is great and beautiful. It is a good place to have lunch or dinner. Although the price is not cheap, it is worth.

Great ambiance, service and fabulous seafood. The menu includes everything you could want. We had Chilean sea bass, scallops, crab, shrimp cocktail, the garden salad and crab cakes. All was delicious. I see a lot of people marked it expensive but I would say it...More

Have come here twice, once with my family, the other for business. They have great special such as the dover sole which I would highly recommend. On the flip-side the clam chowder was very liquid, so I did not find it particularly appealing. Definitely do...More

The ambiance and food were very nice. I think it's over priced as the Chilean sea bass was a nice portion but had hardly no vegetables with it. It was $46. My husband had a decent portion of shrimp and grits that he enjoyed. My...More

I have have had business lunches at this location several times over several years. The service is very good. The dining room is very nice, finding a balance between formality and welcoming. The menu offers a good variety of seafood, all of which is well-prepared.

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
