Feeling like an open air old school diner without the design, Fred 62 is funky and authentic in the best of ways. Warm staff, great vibe and great food make this worth a visit regardless of where you are staying in Los Angeles. If you need to work and eat its a great place for that too but I suggest... More

This used to serve one of the best burgers in LA but on our last visit this week we endured a crumbling mess of a pate, with tasteless milkshake in a grimy setting that needs a lick of paint. Hugely disappointing and a big shame as it used to be a top spot. Service still good but food unfortunately poor

Traditional american diner food here. I'm not a huge fan of the style but the Pie was good and I enjoyed my burger.

Met friends for a late lunch. Burgers were great. My daughter had Mac and cheese balls and they were fine...similar to other spots. Milkshake was really good. Had attentive service even though they were very full. Menu seems extensive but we stuck with diner classics.

We were unfamiliar with this area of Hollywood/Los Feliz, but Thanksgiving Day required a long visit to a nearby hospital and there was no time to plan a Thanksgiving dinner. So we drove around the neighborhood and noticed that Fred62 was open and that they had a Thanksgiving Special posted in their windows. We knew immediately that we wanted to... More

I googled places to eat in the area I was staying, this place came up and o realised I'd walked past it before. On my last night in LA I had a Sloppy Joe burger and a pint of IPA. Incredible food and huge portions. Definitely with the $! The waitress was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.... More

Way convenient for casual eats before a show at the greek. Service was way slow even after we said we were going up the hill for a concert. Waitress had a bit of a poor attitude and a way long wait to place our order and a much longer wait for her to pick up the check...The place only had... More

The waitress was rude. Maybe their food could have tasted better if we weren't having a terrible experience. Never coming back

Basically just a diner. The food was okay. Nothing special. Quick and courteous service. They hype up their burgers but they are very average.

Great healthy diner food and awesome root beer floats and shakes (espresso, peanut butter ... or banana chocolate...). Sit at the counter. Enjoy.
