Really top notch French restaurant. Surprisingly large number of menu choices for a fairly small facility. All dishes we ordered were superbly cooked and well presented. I had the best veal chop I ever had. A bit pricey but worth it.

I've been going to Brandywine for about 20 years and it just keeps growing on me. The Menu hasn''t changed in years, but the quality and attention to detail for each item on the menu is unparralelled. Freshly made Buratta cheese with Heirlooom tomatos grown...More

The worst experience I have had in any French restaurant. The owner/waiter is rude and arrogant. He hovers over your table and with his loud crewed accent which no one can understand, tries to explains the menu. It would be better if he just left...More

The food was good, portions were large, good selection of wine, service was good, atmosphere practically nonexistent. For an upscale restaurant charging prices to match, I expect an updated decor. The ancient window curtains just did not do it for us. For the same money...More

I was surprised at any negative review about this restaurant! Yes it is small, but that is the charm of the place. The decor has an authentic and romantic feel to it. The owner is charismatic and full of energy. In the 15+ years that...More

My co-worker and I brought our boss to Brandywine for his birthday. What a treat! Chris was so attentive and humorous. We started with the soft shell crab appetizer which was yummy!! The Lobster BLT was out of this world.

How many language classes did it take for Chris to learn his fabulous & realistic Greek accent, when he was born in the Bronx with a typical New York dialect???
