We ate here after visiting Guitar Center across the street and it was just average. The chips were fresh and the salsa was spicy, so I was hopeful, but our food was bland. Also, service was mediocre.

This is the place to be! It seems everyone eats here. Was there on a Sat night and there was a 30 min wait! But worth the wait. Don’t miss this local hang out! Lots of speciality dishes that you wont find other places.

This place is amazing. Authentic Mexican food and their margaritas light on fire! And they have so many flavors. Must go to in LA for mexican.

While visiting family, went here for dinner. Seating is dated, atmosphere was noisy and difficult to converse. Food was okay, service great. Not sure I would go again.

This Canadian was on a visit from Edmonton and need so homecooked Mexican food. El Compadre did not disappoint. I ordered the Steak Fajita's which were a HUGE portion and came with the perfect amount of sides and corn tortillas. One of our party members...More
