I've been visiting Kings Road cafe for at least 25 years, way back then it was almost impossible to find proper coffee in LA. These day when we land at LAX from Australia it's pretty much straight to kings road fore a reviving coffee and breakfast, The omelettes and also an experience.

There's a great morning staff who serves the best coffee in the cafe. It's terrific place to have breakfast. I usually opt for their delicious blueberry scones or the chili poach, but their coffee is truly outstanding!!

Delicious French toast and scrambled eggs with iced coffee so good that we took two to go! Quick and courteous service too!

This was recommended to us by the desk staff at the Elan. Staff are very friendly and seat you quickly. Menu has lots of choices. We all chose something different (2 had breakfast items and 2 had lunch) and everything was made exactly the way we wanted it....delicious. Portions and price were very reasonable. It has tables outside and in.... More

This is the kind of place I like to hang out with a friend, have a cup of coffee, share a meal and just enjoy watching people go by.

Still banging away at the apartment hunt, looking for a robust brunch to be 1 of 2 meals a day. A small tepid tea continued the almost universal discrimination against tea (instead of coffee) drinkers, hardly worth the steeping. The exception: Blue Jam Cafe, where a large steeping pot can be tuned to the amount and heat desired. Apart from... More

No matter what time of day, the place had lots of people sitting at tables. We decided to try it. Wait staff was excellent. Great pizza! Would definitely go back.

I think I need to try this place again and have breakfast next time! Reviewers seem to like the breakfast better! It was nice to sit outside and service was great - I just think we chose the wrong food to have for our first visit. We had the grilled chicken sandwich , paid .75 for fries instead of cabbage... This was the last stop of our trip, before we headed to the airport. It was loud, but my boyfriend and I enjoyed it. We automatically got seats even though it was crazy crowded, we were served right away and the food choices were great, we went around one in the afternoon but I wanted breakfast and my boyfriend wanted... Went for breakfast but it was loud, we could barely hear over the coffee machines! It was also crowded and the tables were packed in tightly. The Orange juice was freshly squeezed so I was happy from that point of view but I asked for Bacon with eggs and toast. I was given two slices of bacon and one slice... More
