Kabuki has been our "go to" sushi place for years. They have a Happy Hour from 3-6pm. The menu is well rounded, including some of our favorites. We always get the Firecracker (spicy tuna mounds served with wonton chips) and the Dynamite Roll (cailfornia roll covered in sauce consisting of scallopes, mushrooms and a creamy crab sauce). If you go... More

I wasn't expecting much from this place but had a great sushi combo lunch with miso soup and green tea and was impressed. My colleague had a kale salad that looked amazing.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. We ordered the beef and chicken teriyaki and the mixed tempura appetizer. Everything was very good. Our waiter was great! He checked on us often. We were well taken care of. I would definitely go back.

Good selection, decent sushi. Menu was complex but eventually found a hidden taster option for both sushi and sashimi.

The dinner menu is quite extensive but the food we ate was not very good. To describe the service as lackadaisical is to be overly generous. As mall restaurants go this is not a very good one. I would not recommend this establishment.

Really great California Japanese cuisine, great staff, good prices, this is the place for a California Roll or Teriyaki Beef. Salads are always fresh and the miso soup always delicious. The noise level is a little high sometimes but that's because everyone is having a great meal and a great time.

When visiting in Playa Vista we needed to order in. I had very low expectations when our group decided on Kabuki because I am a whole food plant based eater and most times my options are green beans or asparagus wrapped up as a roll. My ambivalence turned to wonder when I opened the menu online. They had so many... More

The appetizers can themselves make your entree as their is a range to choose from and I wanted all of it .. bbq ribs to poke to lobster dyamite (it really does have shunks of loster) to trios... the ramens are also good ... value for your money...and it calls... Exceptional service and food value. We were going to go to a different restaurant. I am so glad we found this place. The sushi was delicious and the price was just right. I was impressed with sense of urgency to attend to the tables. Being in the "guest experience" industry I must say I had a blast observing our server... More
