This was my favorite lunch while in LA on vacation. To start, they greet you very warmly, and offer you a complimentary champagne and or lemonade. We sat outside, even though it was a little cold. The staff was very attentive and repeatedly made sure we were warm enough, and even moved around heaters without us even having to ask.... More

We went for a family brunch. We had the choice of dining inside or out (we choose outside). Decor and flowers were lovely, food and service amazing. One of our highlights of the holiday....

Timeless, not trendy. Classy, not hip. The food, the decor, the wine list, the service, and the atmosphere, all pretty much unparalleled in Los Angeles. Pricing is surprisingly modest given the quality of the overall experience.

Went for breakfast as in LA for Hogmanay, unusual for LA but a storm was brewing outside, so the fire was lit for me, huevos rancheros, followed by ginger tea and complimentary champagne - what a treat

I had a salad and tea as did my lunch companion. While the food was good, it truly was all about eating at "The IVY". We enjoyed our time and the meal, but wouldn't make it our "to go" spot on a regular basis.

While visiting LA we went to The Ivy for breakfast. On this particular day, it was not crowded and we were seated right away. The staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The menu is not overwhelming and contains something for everyone. The fresh fruit was excellent as well as the coffee. Everyone enjoyed their food and said... More

People love the Ivy for different reasons. I love it because it's just cute, and I've always found the service to be good. They make the best breakfast omelette! I'm not really even a fan of omlettes, so when I say they serve the best omlettes in town, they really do!

Place 2 be and 2 be seen, but.......when popularity gets in the way...it's just ok, nice to have been there, but way overpriced and food 2 hastily made to be real nice. Pity guys!!!!!! Because the setting is a DREAM!!!

Thank Els J
