Nice Menu, American food You can count on- the Hamburger and well-done crispy Fries or the Beef Dip- my old favorites- nothing happens to ever disappoint you- their training and hands on service levels are probably Top 5- Make reservation- always very busy-

Jammed with people who were totally enjoying themselves. Jazz waffled through the crowd noise. People were not there to listen to music but to eat. I ordered chicken and bar b que ribs which were well prepared, tasty and flavorful. Good size portion. Staff was...attentive without any pressure despite the need to turn over tables. You need to make reservations. It was a pleasure to dine hereMore

We went here as a family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers - on our last night in LA, and if it’s in just one word, it was AWESOME. We booked in advance and got seated in a lovely booth. The service throughout the night...was great, the food choice was sooo difficult. The menu although not big, is really nice - and we had a tough job deciding what to have. We ended up with two prime rib in a french roll and two Beef ribs, and if there are better choices on the menu, I would love to know what they are. These 2 choices were incredible. Overall, we would definitely recommend and go back again.More

The drinks and food were very nice. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and the food came out extremely quickly. I liked how you could see the chefs cook as well. We had the warm bread plate, smoked salmon, the Arctic char, and the...bbq ribs. Everything was delicious! They also had live jazz music, which created a nice atmosphere.More

We went there on Wednesday night and it was well packed. The service was amazing. Our food ( steak and ribs ) were well cooked. The grilled artichoke is a must ! The service was great. Don't forget to try their desserts specially Tres leches,...it's so soft fluffy and juicy. I decided to go there once a month.More

Great atmosphere. Tasty food and good service. The place is always super busy, so make sure to make reservations. I had the filet, medium is medium, not that red, so if you like it a little juicy get medium rare..

We had been looking for live Jazz and this place popped on the screen. Valet parking is in the back and there is a back entrance though the kitchen. Don’t let this throw you, everyone enters that way. We sat at the bar for a...nice cocktail while awaiting friends. It’s comfortable and classy environment replete, when we were there, with live Jazz. We were quickly seated in a comfortable booth, somewhat further away from the Jazz which was fine as it allowed us to talk. It’s not a massive or bewildering menu but it was all properly prepared and reasonable priced. I had the lamb burger, which is rarely on any menu. Perfectly executed. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Wine prices were also reasonable. This was my first visit, but I have since heard it is the favorite of a lot of folks. I think it will be a safe “go to” when we get together with couples.More

With a nightclub environment (enjoy the jazz trio) and excellent service, we can recommend a visit to Bandera. We ordered the enormous and scrumptious rib eye, though a whopping $50, the burger, the French dip and the grilled chicken with mole. Burrata with heirlooms and...the heirlooms with blue cheese appetizers were superb. Wine and drinks were expensive. Bandera's little sister restaurant K&D Kitchen in Santa Monica is my preferred place for value and ambience. Can't speak highly enough of the wonderful service.More
