This is NOT in Los Angeles as listed here. It is located in Venice! In fact TA does not even show Venice, California as a city! Oh my! The dishes names are aligned with positive affirmations. I am…… bountiful, grounded, at peace, nourished, open hearted, outstanding, etc. The foods’ nutrients are perhaps also aligned with those adjectives with their nutrients.... More

Every item on the menu is an affirmation. I am magnificent. The food is plentiful and delicious. The desserts are awesome and the staff is very friendly.

Everything here is plant based, but there is no shortage of flavor. Imaginative food, excellent service, beautiful space (downtown LA on Santa Fe)

I'm not sure if this is the correct address, but best choice of what TripAdvisor offered. The Location was downtown Los Angeles not far from the Grey Hound Bus Station. It's new, large and had more comfortable chairs than the last one I was at, but still not the comfiest chairs. When the guy brought my plate something happened and... More

Great place for casual vegan eats! Extensive and interesting menu ... Good wine list and great service! We were with a few non-vegans who really enjoyed the place too.

This is a great place to eat if you are a vegetarian and loved the energy there. All the staff were smilin and it definitely appeared they all are happy working there. Their food is amazing and the only problem was we had to wait a bit to et the table so I highly recommend to reserve a table before... More

Thankfully, vegan restaurants are becoming more common in LA: and one of the best chains around is Cafe Gratitude. They have branches in Larchmont and the Arts District, downtown LA--and I've been to them all. So, let me get this out of the way: Cafe Gratitude has this thing about being grateful for everything. All the items are named with... More

Wonderful variety on the menu. A real treat to go there and not have it called "vegan". Service was grest, pleasing ambience, savory complex tastes.

We expected a lot after all the reviews we'd read and unfortunately it didn't quite live up to expectations(and the meal we'd had at True Food Kitchen earlier in the week). Firstly they only have limited alcohol choices, made worse by the fact they'd run out of prosecco and so the 2 cocktails were off and no Rose wine. I... More

You will enjoy this place even if you are not a vegan. The prices are very reasonable and the food is made with best organic, gluten free ingredients. The only thing I don't order here are the natural Juices. These are pricy. I make my own. THE Desserts ARE A MUST TRY!!!

Staying in Venice

Neighborhood Profile
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
