The open around 11am and we arrived . Quickly seated, menu give drink order taken and supplied. This place is part of the Lawry's chain and holds their standards. Food was served hot and fresh. Got full quickly. Will return

Went to get a bite and drink before an event. It was quiet and cozy. Great service. Strong drinks-but they don't come cheap! $14 each. Had the fish and chips that had the perfect amount of coating and was mostly fish so you could taste it. The fish was good. Better than most, but not what I would ordedr again.... More

For years, the Tam has been our go-to place for small celebrations. But lately, something's different and I can't quite put my finger on it. On this most recent visit, I had the Lamb Sirloin special. There was flavor, but there was also some sinewy gristle running through several pieces and a sauce that left a fatty feeling on my... More

We used to visit this place regularly when we lived nearby, so when we were in town again, we made it a point to have a nice dinner there with family. Unfortunately, I've finally come to realize that this restaurant is not worth the overpriced menu. I ordered the largest steak they offer. It was big, but the taste was... More

I went with friends to this restaurant before going to a museum. I didn't check the menu beforehand as I usually do. I had a salad which was fair....nothing special.!! My friend had a prime rib dinner which she said was good.

We have been to Lawry's many times, but had never gone to the "Mother" restaurant. Back in the LA. area over Easter weekend, we decided it was time to give it a try. What a great choice. The restaurant is a quirky little place that began life as a roadside stand selling potato chips! What progress. The three of us... More

Although this historic restaurant is noted for it's prime rib, we wish we would have made another choice. The fish and chips looked wonderful. If you are a Disney fan, this is a unique stop...a place Walt and his animators would go and discuss ideas while eating. His booth has a commerative sign on the table. Several sketches by his... This gem has been here since 1922. You can be seated in the dining room for an elegant meal or just walk in & order at the sandwich bar where they have a carving station with a choice of meats & breads. Included with your sandwich is a help yourself salad bar with pickles, pickled beets, potato salad & a... More
