I went in here to grab a quick inexpensive bite with friends. The service was pretty good and the place had a nice chill vibe. There were a ton of choices in the "marketplace" part which is essentially a buffet of cold side dishes, but if you want a sandwich and don't eat white flour breads or are a vegetarian,... More

Went with two families around 11.30 am on a weekday - plenty of seating available around then! Staff were very accommodating about letting you sample dishes before you bought, which worked out well with the kids. This location also offered plenty of meat dishes and mac and cheese (with or without truffles), so the kids were excited to eat while... More

I need to have a gluten free diet (coeliac disease) so this place is the bomb! so many choices and so very very delicious! I had a broccoli salad, potato+bacon salad, and a vege dish to go. So fresh, great service system and nice staff.

Arrived at our hotel and needed somewhere for lunch and was recommended here. Wow, great place. Kinda funky school canteen vibe with loads of choice of fresh salads, meats and fish as well as hot food. All looked awesome and we all loved our salads. Not cheap but not expensive , great to get some really fresh food.

So Lemonade is a great restaurant cafeteria style, where you select what you want from the staff behind the counter, it can be packaged to go, which is my favorite. When we are traveling it's easy to stop by and make a few great selections, and package them to take with us.

I loved lemonade - Great healthy food, fast good service with a real variety for the whole family. We have fussy eaters, gluten free, and vegetarians in our family mix so it was a great choice for everybody. I found the seating a bit fast food for my liking, but it is fine for a quick lunch or early dinner.

I mostly come here for the awesome sugar-free lemonade - it's not artificially sweetened and it's pleasantly tart. Frequently they have a blueberry mint flavor that is fantastic. For a fast-casual place, I think the food is good. Many healthy options, everything is well-labeled for vegetarians, vegans and any other dietary restrictions one might have. There are both hot entrees,... More

We stopped in for lunch (various salads, Italian vegetable sandwich, and lemonade) All the staff, especially those at the salad bar, were very friendly. The food and lemonade was delicious, and the restaurant has a cool atmosphere. Recommended!

We tried a bunch of different salads from the unbelievable selection of homemade recipes (it's designed so you can try smaller portions of several different kinds, if you want to), then I added a braised BBQ beef dish. Plates were heaping full and the food was amazing - but of course we were excited and got too much. A friend... More

Staying in Venice

Neighborhood Profile
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
