One recent reviewer entitled the review "Really Great Mexican Food." Really? Not my experience --- I thought it was a poor excuse for Mexican food --- perhaps limited because it is a kosher establishment. The guacamole was sub-par at best. My entrée was minimally acceptable. The chips were fine and the bottled water may have been the high point of... More

Judging by the adds I expected to see a real restaurant, but it's more like fast food franchise. The food was delicious and prepared fast, but it's not a place I would have a business meeting at. Another advantage of the place is that it is open late at night, till 11PM, I think. Note, although not a fault of... More

Along the lines of the Chipotle concept without the assembly line. If you order steak or chicken, they have to take the time to slice it. For a party of 7 it took about 15 minutes to get our food. That said, the cooks are nice and the food extremely well seasoned. loved the pickled vegetables.

We stopped in for some Kosher Mexican Food, as we have some family members who keep kosher. The food was very reasonably priced and delicious. We had some of their tacos. Their salsa are also very good. I would definitely dine here again.

On only in LA for a few days and found myself going Mexican, eating fish tacos at the fish grill and at Mexikosher. I had the Birria tacos which was a combination of beef and lamb with all the fixings! There were many fresh salsa to choose from including the tomato habanero which was hot! My wife stuck with the... The concept is simple: Choose one of five bases (for example, salad, rice, taco, burrito) and add one of five types of meat ( meat, chicken, duck, lamb, etc) Add beans and rice. Garnish with a bit of guacamole. Ole! That's it. I had the meat atop salad and was expecting at least a few pieces of meat. Big mistake.... More

Loved the burrito and the guy made us fresh churros that were amazing!! The sauces were supper spicy. The beans looked nasty but tasted delish! We sat outside and really enjoyed our dinner.

Yesterday, we used Mexikosher to cater our lunch meeting. The "Chef" delivered the goods. We had the Taco Bar with all the fixings, more fixings than you can count! This was the first time I tasted Mexikosher's food and was extremely impressed. I have read some other reviews and need to go to the restaurant and have one of his... More

Mexikosher burrito with the slow cooked beef and lamb is delicious! Best kosher Mexican I've ever tried! Don't miss this one!

Very hip and cool kosher Mexican place in the heart of LAs Jewish community. Authentic Mexican flavors and heavy with the cilantro. The food is customizable in terms of toppings. The chorizo is my favorite by far. The food does sit heavy a few hours later.
