Close to Pantages it is a bit noisy but with an outdoor patio it's pleasant. Food is good and has a lot of variety. Portions adequate though not large

Ate here for the first time before a show at the Pantages and the food and wine were both great but the service was fantastic--quick and attentive.

Wood & Vine is a cozy little tapas restaurant with a very nice patio area. Service is friendly but a bit on the slow side. Once the pre-theatre crowd cleared service was more attentive and the noise level lessened inside the restaurant. Tapas portions are quite small and the server's recommendation was two per person. Prices are very high for... More

Creative food and lovely presentations. I especially enjoy the garden when available. Note that it can get quite noisy with a pre theatre crowd.

Just had the total pleasure of experiencing this restaurant. It is kind of deceptive from the outside but once inside the building is loaded with character and has a spectacular outdoor patio which is very well done. Now the food small plates are diverse, very well done, made with really high quality ingredients and technique. We had several ate every... More

Completely delicious! The patio is gorgeous but we had to sit inside due to later reservation time. The food is family style and meant to be shared but the plates are pretty generous for the price. We tried about 1/4 of the menu and our favorites were the rigatoni with whiskey and the grilled cheeses hands down. Chicken and waffles... More

Located just across the street from the Pantages Theatre, Wood and Vine is the ideal place to go for pre-theatre dining and it is geared up just for that. Dishes are very much made to be shared, service is good, and the food is served quickly.

We went here last night with friends before attending "Cabaret" at the Pantages. The advantage, of course, is that the restaurant is directly across the street from the theater. If you're as tired as we are of paying for expensive parking ($18 kitty-corner from the restaurant on Argyle and Hollywood), then this is a good choice because you only pay... More

We ate here after seeing Beautiful at the Pantages. We started with a Rider Malbec, really good. Then we tried the Charcuterie Cheese Plate and really liked it. The bread was very interesting: thin and dry with dried raisins baked in, a tasty accompaniment to the 3 cheeses and meats such as Copa and Salami. I didn't try the grain... More

We ordered the burger which came out pretty much rare. After trying to eat some we gave up. It was also extremely greasy, mostly due to the deep fried pickles. Maybe a poor choice in food, however we thought a safe one. The seasoned fries were really nice with a hint rosemary. I can't comment on any other dishes on... More
