Had such a lovely dinner here. The food and drinks are great. Wonderful flavors in this Mediterranean style restaurant. We started with two dips, babaganoush and labneh with bread, straight out of the oven. Followed by the halloumi salad and lamb tagine. We were so full, but everything was excellent! Would really recommend this place to eat if you're in... More

I was trying to find a place which would please someone with mixed background - & this one was perfect cause my Bro has Jewish & German background. lol & it was just walking distance from his place - cause when it's your Bro's birthday - you want to make it as much comfortable for him as possible. :)

Wonderful cocktails up stairs alfresco. Wait staff knowledgeable, attentive, amiable. Old architecture adds to the experience. Food excellent and interesting. Loved the mushrooms!

The food was great. If you are extremely hungry it can add up quickly, but definitely worth a visit. The tapas component as well as the alcohol tab was quite tasty, but adds up

GREAT DATE PLACE or with friends. Tapas (small plates). Great drinks. Food, 3 drinks and 2 beers = 113.00. Not bad. Make a reservation.

Very nice and interesting fusion of eastern Med and California food. Excellent service. Restaurant tables are very close together, restaurant is crowded and noisy.

Great place for a drink and enjoy the ambience of a beautiful restaurant. The food looks better than it tastes. Also food comes out fast after you order. So if you want some time to enjoy your company, pace your orders.

Nice setup, beautiful place but I wasn't too amazed which Cleo's service for group tables. Set Menu was expensive for what is was (thin pizza, bread and more bread and little meat). Drinks were way expensive, way more than at the Library club upstairs. Table for 20 was tiny tiny. I will give it try with my wife just for... More

I was under-impressed with the Valentine's Dinner Menu. Their opening dish was okay...their salad still okay...their main dish options of Lobster Tortellini vs the Prime Steak were a little better. You get 5 tortellini where the pasta was a little too al dente. As for the steak, it was actually pretty good and cooked to the perfect temperature. As for... More

Staying in Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
