This is one of the rare places for the daring palates. They are inventive, mix traditions from around the world. You just can't be a vegan there.

My daughter was impressed I knew about this restaurant. Excellent food, great service! Even though the menu favors meat I had the best salad I have ever had! The foie gras, biscuit, maple sausage gravy was amazing. Anything you order will be good.

If you wish to stretch your culinary exploration, come try this place. Pigs ear, bone morrow, oxtail, pork belly, etc. Of course, they serve other regular items on the menu for those who are not risk takers, like rib-eye steaks. I am Chinese so these delights are not so outlandish for me or my family. Well, the place is trendy,... More

The food is so incredibly good and tasty. Each plate surprised me and filled me with joy, happiness and satisfaction! Maybe one of the best restaurants I've ever tried. The AC is a little bit too cold when you're visiting in December. Very good service. Definitely try this one.

We went to this restaurant with a party of 7. The waiter was helpful but a little pushy. He insisted we ordered three plates per person. We ended up ordering an average of two plates and the large ribeye steak 40 oz. The steak was good. The salad with avocado and red onion was well prepared. The ribs were ok.... More

Biscuits and gravy with egg benedict, Its a must get! Even if your not all that hungry, order it, after 1 bite you'll eat it all of it and wonder why you didn't order 2 more of each... while you had the time...

Animal definitely has carved out its niche in chic upscale cuisine. Tantalizing menu options that are anything but ordinary. Bone marrow, balsamic ribs, quail, sweetbreads, brussel sprouts with pancetta, pork belly, pig's ear, fried rabbit, veal tongue and many more. Chefs are very creative, with tastes and presentation. Definitely worth an evening with friends or couple's night out. Decent selection... More

Truth be told the boner burger was most delicious and other items on the Sunday brunch menu were less memorable but this place is must try at least once.
