A nice patio over the water... Overprice for the quality of the food Spice does not mean savour. Sevice that day under averageit was not very crowded and it was around 3:30 pm so no reason to have "a discontinued" service

Easily one of my favorite stops during my time in Long Beach. The service was quick and the food was delicious.
The food here was amazing! This is the best salmon I have had in a really long time. My husband had the cheesy garlic bread hamburger and OMG. I had to try it. It was the best ever!
We went here one night to sit in the bar and enjoy a cocktail. Great drink menu and excellent service. Beautiful restaurant and great location on the corner of the village on the water. We went back the next night with dinner reservations. Again, very...good service and a wonderful menu selection. Food was prepared well and served hot. Very nice. There is also a restaurant upstairs. We were downstairs with beautiful night view.More
Was a little worried at first that this restaurant was nothing more than a tourist trap but was very pleasantly surprised. We were in a hurry because of the ferry and mentioned this to the staff. The service was then extremely prompt and I must...add, also extremely courteous - among the best anywhere in the world. And not only was the fish and chips very good quality Alaskan cod but they serve it with any accoutrements you might want, such as malt vinegar (rare in the US) and some extra tartar sauce my daughter asked for. The view and atmosphere are also very enjoyable. The only downside was that one of the bar tables was still a little sticky and the restroom was partially flooded. Otherwise, superb. Thank you.More
Soaking up the sea breeze on the outdoor deck at sunset, whilst enjoying crispy Calamari fried to perfection, dipped in Tangy Honey Mustard sauce... and a glass of chardonnay.... now that's what I call a good day!! I've been here many a time and this...is what I get every time. This is strictly the only place I will order calamari from, and that is because I know it will ALWAYS be perfect! The atmosphere is divine, the service is candid, the views are breath taking and all of that in combination with superb food equates to a symphony of sensations if you will. I highly recommend dining during the sunset and either taking a stroll or a "scoot" along the stretched beach line or simply enjoying a day in the sun and sand either before or after your meal. It truly completes your experience here and I can guarantee, you'll be longing to come back for more.More
Beautiful location, excellent food. The calamari appetizer was super good, perfectly cooked (if you know calamari you know it can be so easily overcooked - well, not this chef, it was perfect.) Fish and chips good as well. But the star of the evening was...the Mango Mojito DELICIOUS - order it ladies, it was delish. Not too strong, great flavors. Yum. Service was great as well. The view is great, the location perfect. Food good. Drinks good. Service good. If you're there, go. Slightly pricey but it is Long Beach, right? ;)More
This is a very comfortable dining experience. I have been coming here for at least ten years with my family. The tables are large and roomy. They serve a variety of drinks that are unique to the restaurant. The menu has everything from sushi to...traditional sandwiches. There are options for kids. The ocean view surrounds the restaurant. There is in-door and out door dining, but no pets allowed.More
My husband and I wondered in to Parker’s outside deck because we wanted some fresh fish, a beautiful view and an outside seat in the sun! No goal unmet! The service was excellent! We were warm (plexiglass to block wind and animals) - ha, we’ve...seen raccoons here in the past OUTSIDE) the restaurant on the rocks so no bother! I ordered fish taco and they were oh so excellent! My husband got a seared Tuna sandwich - also excellent. We didn’t have one bite left. The view is of the harbor- lighthouse, Queen Mary and of course the Ocean. Expensive!More
We are in Long Beach before we cruise and decided to give this place a go. Everyone seem to like their meals. I had a seafood pasta. Other guest had fish and chips that were good. Didn’t care for slaw and wished they had hush...puppies. They had good clam chowder and cheese bread for app. Another guest had a cheeseburger they really liked and the desert was great. The butter cake! Yum! Our server was very good and kept drinks coming.More
After a long day of touring Long Beach, my family and I came here for dinner. Our dinner was fantastic. For starters, we enjoyed the crispy brussel sprouts and sushi (Lighthouse Rolls). The sushi was incredible because of its freshness, texture, and seasonings. Our dinners...included Mesquite Grilled Salmon, Yucatán Roasted Chicken, and Cioppino. All prepared perfectly. The staff was attentive, friendly, and spot on with our orders. I wish I remember our server's name. Last, our cocktails were delightful. Overall, we highly recommend Parker's. We will return.More
When we walked into the restaurant we asked about the lobster roll special And how it was different from the lobster roll on the menu. The young ladies at the front desk told us that was not their job and to ask the waiter. Needless...to say we left immediately.More
Dear todde825, I'm very thankful you took the time to post your review regarding your most recent experience at Parkers’ Lighthouse. I sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you and your guests encountered. The hospitality you received upon your entrance and the response was unacceptable....More
My wife and I never like to return to a restaurant that brings back fond memories. After sixteen years, we find ourselves back in Long Beach, CA. We decided that Parker’s needed to be revisited to see if it was as good as what we...remembered. We are pleased to say that everything was perfect, and thank you, Austin, for your service. Rather than talking about the food, check out the photos. However, I must say something about the Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc. I am a fan of old-world wines and am rarely impressed when I venture into the new world. However, I stand corrected as this very palatable Sauvignon from CA is equal to the finest French selections. Order, drink, enjoy xMore
We spent a quick night in Long Beach before embarking on a cruise. The atmosphere and view made it worth the visit, as did our waiter, JJ. He was efficient and fun – just the right amount client / staff interaction. The wine and oysters...were terrific, and the Aji tuna and swordfish catch of the day were nice, just not fantastic. However, we would recommend the restaurant for the entire package.More
Food was ok, service was excellent and the beer selection was abundant. I highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance was nice. You won’t be disappointed.
