Thoroughly enjoyed the medium margherita pizza we shared plus a wine and beer for under $39. Server was attentive and intuitive, and helped us choose pizza size etc. Its a casual looking place but clearly popular with locals (large group in uniform). Enjoyed and recommend.
Probably the best pizza and pasta we have had for a long time. The food was served quickly and the service was with a genuine smile. Unfortunately the setting does not match the quality of the food.
If you are interested in a great neighborhood bar, this is your place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our food was good an decent selection of beers. This place is kept very clean by staff. Fun atmosphere.
Ordered a barbecued chicken pizza and told them how much I are like that pizza after just trying it is crystal. Lo and behold when my pizza came it was some kind of combination with mushrooms which I'm allergic to. Do they just nod and...smile or Do they actually listen to your order UnbelievableMore
Horrible service! Take your business else where. Save your time and your money don’t go here!! Go anywhere else other than here. Milanas New York Pizza is good GO THERE! Or Pizza Hut, little Caesars!! Anywhere else is better than Broadway Pizza! Yesterday a group...of friends and I ordered an X-large carnivore pizza from this restaurant. Unsure if we wanted take it back home or eat there since we were waiting for two more people to arrive. We placed the order to go just so we can have it boxed. Once the pizza was given to us at the table naturally we opened the box to eat. However, before anyone could take a slice the very RUDE waitress STOPPED US! told us “...because you ordered it to go you have to get out, you have to eat it somewhere else” ... confused I walked over to another waitress and asked if that was correct. Before she could answer the same waitress cut her off to tell me “You can’t eat here because it’s an establishment!” I replied “exactly! we just spent money at this establishment” My friends not wanting to trouble anyone said to forget about it and eat it outside. Once we were done one of my friends walked back in to throw the trash away. As he’s walking out the same waitress come’s OUTSIDE of the restaurant stairs at him, walks back and slams the door. Mind you we are not a bunch of wild teenagers! I could understand if we were disrespectful or loud however this was not the case. We are all respectable adults. Whom spent a lot of money at this “ESTABLISHMENT” If we were horrible people we could have thrown the trash at the door but we didn’t! I could knock the quality of the food but I’m not. It’s the service! A note to whomever owns or runs this establishment: The fact is 6 individuals walked out of your restaurant. Who won’t be walking back in to spend their hard earned money. Who will tell everyone they come across to not go to your restaurant. That’s bad for business. I’m not an individual who writes reviews but I’m going out of my way to write about how horrible this experience was for me. Just so others aren’t put in the same disgusting situation. Word of advice fire who ever the waitress was! Dark brown hair blue eyes.More
A recent visit to Long Beach had us walking by the Broadway Pizza & Grill, and the scents brought us through the doors. My wife and I each order a stromboli and I added a pint of pale ale. The server (KSO) was friendly and...engaging and brought a sample of beer to help me decide. The stromboli was hot, tasty, and filling. Broadway Pizza & Grill is worth a visit!More
My friends and I tried Broadway Pizza whike visiting the area and it was delicious! The waitress was very friendly and the service was fast. I would highly recommend!
Based off of the reviews, I was expecting more than just standard pizza. When taking into account the price, my expectations were even higher. The pizza was a disappointment. It's not that the pizza was "bad"; the pizza was just incredibly plain. It was a...good thing they gave us red pepper flakes so we had something to add to the tasteless toppings. I would recommend trying another place or just heating up a frozen pizza.More
We were recommended this small pizza restaurant by a local shop worker . The pizza was fantastic and the service was lovely . We didn't try the pasta's but they looked great . Thoroughly recommended.
