Great BBQ, featuring pulled pork, brisket, spare ribs, chicken and other memorable selections. The sides they offer are not run of the mill. The corn bread is drizzled in honey. Need I say more? Oh yeah, the adult beverage menu is reason enough to visit! You have to love a place that offers more than one variety of Jack Daniels,... More

We made an unexpected stop in Livermore to avoid the heavy commute traffic on hwy 580 on our return from the Bay Area. We walked the charming downtown Livermore streets and stopped for dinner at Sauced. We dined on the patio. The pulled pork was delicious and very nicely proportioned. There are choices of BBQ sauces at the table so... More

We visited for lunch and had a great dining experience. We sat outside on the big covered patio. The service was excellent and so was the food and beer. Overall the restaurant had a good vibe. I had the brisket. It was moist, with a well-defined smoke ring and crusty bark. We shared a bunch of sides. My favorites were... More

Don't get me wrong for some people they will love it, just not a place to go for an intimate dinner. BBQ was run of the mill not great but OK. Selection and types of beer was amazing lots of local and not so local artisan breweries. Perfect place for younger groups.

My husband and I stopped for lunch recently and I would definitely go back. My brisket chili over Mac and cheese was spicy and delicious (and not a dish you see anywhere else that I've been). My husband ordered nachos with pulled pork-it was enough for a crowd and they were really good too. The cocktail containing "gator juice" was... More

We flew in from the Northern Virginia area for vacation and had heard this was a great place for BBQ and live music. We are originally from Austin Texas and were excited about having some good brisket. When the waitress came take our order she said they were out out brisket and burnt tips. We then had to figure out... More

The food here is oh so fabulous! It is always crazy busy, as is any great BBQ restaurant. Most recently tried the stuff sweet potato. It's filled with BBQ beans and your choice of meat. OMG. It's big enough to feed a family of 5 on Thanksgiving or me for 4 full days 😃 Love the coleslaw and beans as... More

We went during Happy Hour and enjoyed the Peach Mule and Watermelon Moonshine drinks. The spinach salad was huge and tasty. The Elvis burger was a site to see and apparently delicious. Brussels sprouts and collared greens were enjoyed as well.

Sauced is a busy, noisy, fun place for very good BBQ, beer and some cocktails. Inside and covered outside tables. huge selection of whiskey. Long wait times in evening are possible. Families ok. Burnt ends are great but only available at certain times. Appetizer with pimento cheese was great.

Absolutely love Sauced however looking for lower carb options as are many folks these days. Just one side that is edible, the apple slaw. How bout green beans? How bout other veg? Would appreciate it!
