I do love this place and would have given it a higher rating for the food presentation, but the acoustics in the restaurant make it deafening, the tables are too close together and outside seating is first come first served and there is always lines of traffic going through Magnolia Avenue, including cement trucks and ambulances....you get the drift. So... More

Try to sit on the narrow deck out front, it's quieter than inside but bring a jacket as the evening always cools. Sitting inside - request a booth if possible. There's a full Bar; however Tonic drinks are served in very "small" highball(?) glasses: both Rum & Tonic & Gin & Tonics were terrible (flat & not worth the cost).... More

We had a truly incredible dinner at Picco. Started with a smoked trout and green bean salad and the yellow tomato gazpacho, which was like nothing I've ever tasted in my life: creamy, with a sweet touch of diced cantaloupe and--was it a breath of peppermint? Too subtle to tell. Then the porkchop with figs and polenta for my husband... More

Located in charming Larkspur, it's a short walk for us through the redwoods. Always crowded, diners sit outside or in the red brick walled interior with its walls covered with lovely colorful artwork for sale. Having reservations , we were promptly seated and offered drinks from the bar. The drinks consists of many creative and delicious selections. The avocado bruschetta... More

Delicious food and attentive services. My friend who has been to the restaurant has recommended that we go for an early dinner. Even without a reservation, we were seated quickly on the patio for two. The restaurant filled up quickly as we enjoyed our dinner. It was a wonderful experience and absolutely the best Gazpacho I have tasted in a... More

My local friend made a reservation for right when they opened and within 15 minutes of opening, they were packed. Our server was excellent making suggestions on what to order based on what else we had ordered already. The food was excellent and served piping hot. And the dessert special they had that night might have been the best part.... More

I eat here a couple times a year, and almost always have a lovely meal. Delicious small plates. Only downside is that it's a fairly noisy restaurant.

This is my favorite local restaurant. Great food, fresh changing menu, small plates easy to share with a wide variety to choose from. The one item I know that is constantly on the menu is their ahi tuna, and it is the best I've ever had anwhere.

Dined here for Mother's Day. We remembered it from last time as having small bites. This time the appetizers seemed more ample. All were delicious. We ate the burrata, the avocado bruschetta, the crab on toast. For two this really was too much, but all were delicious. From looking at the other tables it seems the avocado brushetta was a...
