Always great food! Just had the salmon - was outstanding. We eat there several times a year and have never been disappointed.

My wife and I heard about this place from some locals. They recommended we make reservations if we are going for dinner. They were right about the reservations and the meal. We had the fish and chips. My wife choose the panko battered option while I got the ale battered option. The portions were large and very good. I think... More

Sit outside beside the park and near the lake, and you will drink in the ambiance. Always busy because they do what they do well. A small but decent selection of local wines. If you are in the area this should be on top of your list. Closes at 3 on Mondays!

The nicest thing I can say was the food was worth the wait - the l-o-n-g wait. It took several minutes for a server to ask us what we wanted to drink, then several more minutes for another server to bring us menus. Our drinks, water, took ten minutes, that should have been a warning, then server number two finally... More

Down by the lake and view a nice view. Food was very good and service absolutely excellent. Ask for the quinoa burger if they have it because it is fantastic. So, if you are in Lakeport, stop buy and try it out.

Found this place by accident. There were no signs identifying what it was (we didn’t notice any). Place was clean. A bit loud inside so we asked to eat outside. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good.

I just have to have the Fettuccine Alfredo here every now and then. Love the house dressing and the gorgonzola bread is a must! 😀

if only they had a blender (for margaritas and pina coladas) I would be completely satisfied! Otherwise the food is great, best in town, service is always attentive and sitting outside on a warm summer night with friends is wonderful....

We had dinner at Park Place during our latest visit to the Lake County Wine Region and it met our expectations. The staff are excellent; we were greeted as if we were old friends and our waitress Yvette and busser were friendly, helpful and always there to keep glasses full, bring warm bread etc. We knew we had chosen wisely... LETTER TO "PKLUTTRULL"

In response to your review on Saturday night, I'm a bit confused with your recollection of the night. I was your server and I greeted your table immediately, got you a sprite and coke and promptly took your order. Fresh baked bread was brought to your table.( we only bake a few loaves at a time to ensure quality) When your dinner was ready my coworker brought it to your table because I was assisting other patrons. As soon as I finished putting in the order I returned to your table and asked if everything was okay, which you replied yes. I offered to fill your sodas which were half full and returned them to your table. I returned again during your meal to check on your dinners and was never told about the concern over the pork being a bit pink. If you had told me I would have let you know that we do brine our pork, which retains something color, and cook to temperature. However, if you still have concerns, I would've been more than happy to return your dinner to the chef so he could have cooked the pork longer or would have offered you another meal if you wanted that instead. When you are finished with your meals I returned again to clean the plates and asked if you'd like any dessert. You said no. While I was printing your check the chef had asked me if you enjoyed your meal. So when I dropped off the check I specifically asked how the food was. Again, there was no mention of any problems so I thanked you , you paid your bill and left. As somebody who has several food allergies, specific preferences and limited food choices because of my diet, I do not mind at all fixing any dish or, accomodating it to your liking. As a waitress I strive to do my best to provide excellent service. I am the link between your food and the kitchen so without communication I cannot do my job effectively. So I'm asking if you can come back and let us make it right this time. Our goal is to make great food and have our customers enjoy their dining entire experience.if you felt differently we want to fix that and make sure your questions and concerns are addressed so we can make it right. I apologize for any miscommunications on my part. parkplace is a great restaurant that's been in business for over 28 years. I am proud to work there. Please accept my apologie and come back and give us another chance.
