Great find here! Highly recommend this restaurant. The food is fast fresh and heated/ spiced up the way we like it. We love the food here. Perfect hidden gem!

It is about the food and value. Great lunch specials and menu. Don't be fooled by the location inside a Quality Inn. The entry ambiance is a bit warn but it is about the food. Inside is nice. Several Vegetarian options including "chicken" dishes that...are awesome. Try it soon!More

The food is good and the prices are OK. Not the best place to dine-in but we use the take out option. They often have coupons and those are a great deal.

I evaluate many chinese restaurants from their preparation of their stock for Wor Wonton soups and this place lacks it all. It was a long wait for service and by the time the food was served I lost interest in the excessive wait for they...were not very busy at all and not concerned with the quality of what they offer. I avoid this place within a Quality Inn hotel.More

Good service, excellent food. I have eaten in and had them cater a meal for 8 people. It was excellent.

This place is tucked into the back of the Quality Inn & Suites, facing McDonalds and only has about 10 tables. They also have a full bar and the take-out business keeps the phone ringing constantly. Everything is made to order and is top quality....If you like Egg Drop Soup, order theirs. The Korean BBQ is delish and their Kung Pao Shrimp & Scallops is better than PF Changs. Looking forward to eating my way through this menu!!More

Food was a solid five. We got three dishes: Kung Po, Garlic Chicken and teriyaki chicken. Soup and egg roll appetizers were great. Food came right out. The location on the side of the quality in was kind of quaint and inviting at night. Inside...was clean and the decor new with some booths to choose from. Beer prices were reasonable. It's a solid 4.5 for the price. Definitely be back.More

This is a nice little Chinese restaurant in the Quality Inn & Suites in Lake Forest. We went on a Friday evening around 6 pm, it was a little quite for the first 15 minutes then the place filled right up. We ordered the Cream...Cheese Wontons, Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and the Mixed Fried Rice. Everything was great, the only thing is the young lady that worked there was out hostess, took care of the phone orders, walk-ins, and served us. Then owner need to show great appreciation to this young lady, she is a very hard worker, but with it getting so busy it was not fair to make her run the entire front-end of the restaurant.More

Olive Tree Chinese Kitchen serves very good food and is an excellent value. This is my third visit and best meal so far. I ordered the Vegetarian Orange "Chicken" which was so good I had to ask if they were sure it wasn't real chicken....Other dishes I highly recommend are the string beans and the vegtable chow mien. Although I haven't tried it myself, my husband swears by the kung pao chicken. The restaurant is small and attached to a hotel but don't let that dissuade you from giving them a try. I highly recommend Olive Tree Chinese Kitchen!More
