We ate here before Pageant of the Masters. The calamari had a lovely light batter. We shared the lemoncello pasta & the gambari risotto. The server accidentally brought the gambari pasta first which we actually liked better. Both pasta dishes tasted so delicious!! Generous seafood, too. The risotto had a tomatoey sauce wine sauce which was a bit smoky for... More

We had an excellent meal here - we don't normally pick Italian restaurants but went here on a recommendation. I had the pasta that was infused with lemincello - it was wonderful. They don't have an advertised children's menu but will do half portions of pasta and small pizzas. The cheese selection, including the burrata stuffed with ricotta, was phenomenal.... More

We had several merchants in the area recommend this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The homemade pasta dishes were amazing as was the Risotto. The servers and hostess were very pleasant.

went with another couple to the arts festival and then we went for food. Using TripAdvisor like I always do, we found Alessa and went in. Got in at a good time too because 10 minutes after we were seated the house was packed. About the food -- we opted to go with a series of appetizers versus a full... More

Sharing our experience, which was positive, to balance some of the other recent postings. We walked up for dinner, were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, and were seated within that time. Nice atmosphere and setting. Our waitress was great - friendly and attentive. Everyone's meal was nice and reasonably priced considering the vacation location. Scallops dinner, ravioli,... More

Had lunch here on a beautiful Summer's day. The menu is typically authentic Italian and I have to say the dishes were magnificent. A definite authenticity about the cooking style and ingredients. The wine list is quite extensive and features a lot of wines from Italy. I would definitely recommend this place for a meal whilst visiting Laguna Beach

Very disappointing experience, but pretty much what I expected. It is a place to be seen. My husband and I had the filet mignon salad. The meat was fine, but the salad was skimpy to say the least. We waited way too long for bread, and I had to ask for it. The waiter never checked on us to see how we were doing,or refilled... More

We ordered the full Caesar salad to split between the three of us and it was just right. We asked for anchovy on the side. The salad was underdressed to the point I questioned whether it actually had any. There were very few croutons and some shavings of Parmesan. All in all, a pretty unimpressive Caesar. My husband had the... More

Wow! Loved this restaurant. We sat at the bar for dinner. Our bartender, Wen, was super fun & attentive! The food, and Wen's company, made that dining experience our favorite one on our 2 week long vacation! The cheese plate we created was delicious. Wen suggested trying a meatball. So glad we did. It was outstanding. In fact, I ordered... More

I went to Laguna Beach regularly and this place happened to be have good reviews. Overall, food was soso, like nothing wrong but you don't remember anything afterwards. I prefer Nick's Laguna Beach as I could still recall its Shrimp Taquitos, pork rib, asparagus and pretty much every dish is cooked nicely. And price is similar.
