I found it slightly on the expensive side but the area in general doesn't come cheap so if you take that into account it may not be as expensive. In any case, you get a nice view, excellent staff and great looking dishes. Bound to be worth the visit.

Good food. Good service. Barramundi Fish dish was delicious. Spicy sauce on the calamari was tasty. We sat on the roof. They say you can see some beautiful sunsets. It was foggy the night we were there.

This is my 2nd visit to this restaurant and I ordered the 14oz Pork Chop for the 2nd time! I love this dish with tasty mash potatoes and sweet berries along with asparagus. Oh and let me not forget the Peri-Peri Chicken livers appetizer, so delicious! The ambiance is fun, listening to reggae music......service is personable and prompt! There is... More

We went for the food and stayed for the music. A warm night made for the perfect opportunity to enjoy dinner on the veranda. Great views from up top. Started with the sampler, which set the stage for the overall meal. Great combination of flavors, with just enough zip. The Chilean sea bass was especially tasty. My guest enjoyed a... More

We ate here our first night while on a recent visit to Laguna Niguel, CA. I had the Mozambique salad and Penne Pasta Mozambique. Very good. My husband had chopped steak and it was rather small. It was supposed to be a certain size in ounces, but was far below what was stated on the menu. He told the server,... More

We first visited Mozambique prior to a trip to South Africa, then again when we returned home. It definitely reminded us of our trip since the food tasted authentic (flavor/spicing), with just the right touch of Americana !

Be sure to make reservations. Four for dinner in the Durbin room which was a good call on a cool Friday evening. Music started at 7 with a very good female vocalist. All the food from the steak sandwich, sea bass, meat/cheese platter, soup was very good. Large menu so there is something for everyone. Nigel our server was attentive... More

I was so excited to dine here for our anniversary but the food was pretty over priced for what you get. We ordered the pasta dish which i don't recommend. The fried calamari was good, hummus and pita chips were ok. We liked their bread pudding a lot. The ambience is the attraction.

I first went there because it happens to be next to the hotel I was staying at. Lucky choice. The menu is themed to Mozambique and South Africa (even excellent South African wines offered), and it benefits, in my opinion, of the historical Portuguese legacy that Mozambique has. We dined there on a Sunday and we decided the next day... More

A true South African showcase for their dishes and a exceptional great wine list, consistent good service and quality of every product.
