This place is next door to Northwood's Inn where we've eaten several times. As a result, we were aware of the Elephant Bar but had never tried it out. This time we were on our way home from up north and decided to try something different. We will definitely return. I decided to try the cajun chicken with rice. I... More

Cute little restaurant between the two cities, great food, friendly staff! Worth the stop! I ordered the sirloin and my boyfriend ordered their crispy chicken teriyaki . Very good!

We had lunch here last week while in town for an event. Pretty much the usual Elephant Bar fare. Portions are about right for a lunch menu. Orange chicken was good and the Street Style Korean Beef tacos were very good. And the taco's came with a side, for which we chose a house salad. This was of a decent... More

My husband lived Elephant Bar and as they've closed one-at-a-time, we've been sad to see them go. This location in LaMirada is open and kicking. I don't think this one will be closing any time soon. Try the ginger tea spritzer with pomegranate, it's great!!!

My wife and I went on a Friday about 15 minutes after they opened for lunch. She was meeting with someone job related so i ate at the bar. Ordered "The Mammoth", which is an appetizer for about 4 people to share. It came with onion rings, potatoes wedges with bacon chives & cheese, 2 cheeseburger sliders and nachos. It... More

Went there on Saturday, late afternoon, so it wasn't very crowded, but the service and attention we received from our server, Karis was top notch. Even when the place began to fill up, she didn't neglect us. We ate a Tempura Salmon Roll for an appetizer, and it was delicious. For the entrees we had Terriaki Stir Fried chicken with... More

Located beside the Northwoods Inn restaurant, the Elephant Bar restaurant is not as noticeable. We were seated immediately and our server was prompt in greeting us on a Saturday evening at 5:30. We both ordered the fire grilled lemon garlic chicken breast for our entree. It was delicious topped with sun dried tomatoes and pesto. The meal came with brown... More

We were staying at the hotel across the street and stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not crowded (at 5:30pm) and we were seated right away. All the service we received was excellent. The food was great, reasonably priced and just what we wanted and expected.

Visited for Valentine's din din, and were treated like queens. This chain already has a festive atmosphere, but they out did themselves for our Valentine's experience, as the wait staff wore heart shaped head gear, and bent over backwards to make our evening special. Thanks.

We were staying at the hotel across the road and went for dinner at the Elephant Bar after a late finish at work. We were a group of five and were given a table a bit out of the way, so much so that we didn’t see a waiter for more than 10 minutes and had to literally go and... More
