I have been going to this restaurant since the 1970's!! Food is consistently good. Service can be a little slow sometimes, but worth the wait and more they are more than willing to refill your chips and salsa for you. Dinner is good, they also have lunch time specials which are really good and lighter than the dinner menu.

We have been customers since before the family reorganized and changed the name to Mexico 1900, late 60's or early 70's. Always good food and friendly service.

Good Sopas and great Margarita's would have rated a 4 but server was more than disinterested in serving us. Too bad because it is a cozy place to eat except for service.

From the outside it is not much to look at but don't let it deter you. Inside the decor is filled with classy paintings and old world Mexican decor. The painting over the fireplace is especially pretty. Beautiful instrumental Mexican music is playing softly adding to the ambience. We enjoy the chicken with mole sauce and cheese enchiladas with beans/rice.... More

Food was okay, margaritas were terrific! Tucked away in a unobtrusive spot and not to nice looking from the outside. Once inside friendly waiters and relatively inexpensive menu.

A small throw back cozy restaurant that has stood the test of time with Authentic Mexican food. Staff was very attentive, Just an all around great experience. Does quite a take out business as well. Parking can be a challenge in a small strip mall but once inside you will enjoy the everything that Mexico 1900 has to offer.

We Ave been to El Cholos, Senior Campos and other Mexican restaurants in the area. 1900 has the best salsa.chips and margaritas. The chilli rellenos are the best. The price is easily half what el Cholo charges and the food is three times as good. Senior Campos margaritas don't even compare. Best deal all around.

The restaurant is a little dark and dingy inside and the booths are in need of repair but the food is very good and the portion sizes are also good. The service is hit or miss and could stand some improvement.

The restaurant has good Mexican food. The enchiladas are pretty good as is their Azteca Plate. The Tortilla Soup was ok - not great. The chips were awesome. The rice and beans plates are pretty good. The service was attentive although the food took a bit long to get. Not an earth shattering experience, but pretty good value for what... More
