I have been to this restaurant four times; three times, after eating there, I became quite sick to my stomach. My sister loves this restaurant, but I will not return with her or anyone else. The menu is varied, and the ambiance is good, but the food is not for me.

They are terrible, wrong salsa , wrong cheese. 👎also shrimp tacos are bad, very salty. Service was good, very nice waitress.

Only go to happy hour and order off happy hour menu. Seems to be what the locals know to do. As an out of towner, I ordered off main menu the house special. It was breaded halibut, mashed potatoes and 3 pieces of asparagus. No price was listed but I thought it would be about the same price as other... More

We have dined at many of the Brig locations over the years and have never been disappointed. Our last visit was brunch on fathers day, another fine meal.

This is a fairly decent restaurant for East San Diego, but nothing special. Typical generic seafood restaurant menu. The house salad is quite good and the 2 warm table breads were delicious. However the crab stuffed scampi were too chewey and way too salty. The green beans served with them were way over cooked and the grim color of canned... More

Reserved some time for a big family dinner and we weren't disappointed. The menu has a nice variety, primarily seafood items, and the specials looked good, too. They also had a 3-course option (appetizer, entree, dessert) that several in our party tried and enjoyed. I liked the decor, too. There was an outside eating area, as well as a bar... More

Good food delivered by competent, knowledgeable (if not always cordial or friendly) servers. Overall always a pleasant experience even when the staff seems to really want to be elsewhere. The food quality and preparation ranges from good to excellent. I have eaten here many times and will again. Twice I've been there when a business man or a family member... More

I have eaten at the Coronado, Point Loma, and La Mesa locations and my favorite is the La Mesa location. The parking can be a little rough on the weekends but there is a upper and lower lot. The prime rib is great, salads are fresh, and the decor is nice. They also have a "back room" which is great... More

We celebrated a birthday at Brigantine's last Tuesday on the patio. The menu is inexpensive and many of us had yummy tacos. We've also eaten inside at the bar and in the dining room and outside on Saturday. It is always good and the atmosphere is nice.

A friend was celebrating her 75th B. Day here. The service was quite attentive and the table set up was perfectly in place before the honoree arrived! NICE outdoor, semi-private location. Great food.
