Great food, service, and views on the Terrace. A must go-to in La Jolla for a nice meal. Try to hit it for sunset if you can, but get reservations well in advance. Good reason for the high demand.

We love this restaurant!! The food is superb, and the atmosphere is business casual. We have been here countless times and have never been disappointed. Warning: Make a reservation! You'll be glad you did.

George's Ocean Terrace in La Jolla has a great view and atmosphere. We had a very good lunch here. The potato gnocchi with scallops is a memorable dish for me.

We stumbled upon George's and were lucky to get a table for six on a Saturday night with a fairly short wait. I loved this place! The view is stunning, the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. As it cooled down outside they turned on giant heaters so were stayed nice and toasty. Enjoy!

We sat down at the bar for lunch as the terrace wait was 60 min for a Friday lunch. Definitely plan to reserve if you don't want to wait. Food was good and smoked chicken black bean soup lived up to reviews. Wait staff were friendly and service was reasonably fast considering how busy they were. Cocktails were yummy and... More

Couple glasses of wine after work. Beautiful view of La Jolla cove. Very friendly staff. I would love to bring my boyfriend here on a romantic date in the near future.

Great view. Waitress was super friendly and paced our order just right; we did not feel rushed and truly appreciated that. Good martinis. We had the hummus and grilled vegetables and then pasta dishes which were rather "soupy" with just OK flavor. We should have gone for tequila drinks and southwest flavor dishes. I saw several dishes go by with... More
