While you're visiting La Jolla, this is a great place to have either lunch or dinner. Head to the outdoor dining above and you'll have a great view of the ocean. Not sure if they still have the steak salad for lunch, but if so, it's delicious!!

Locally sourced cuisine is excellent. Everything we had was wonderful. Bring a full wallet though, you're gonna need it.

We came by for drinks and appetizers on a Monday at 4 and were told by pretentious servers that we had to order an entree each to get a decent table. Our group of 6 would have probably spent at least $300 as we drink high end cocktails but we ended up going to Dukes where we received much better... More

Recently renovated with nice views and environment. Food is acceptable to good. Service is ok but can improve. I always go back to this place as I enjoy the relaxed environment and food.

Had lunch outside overlooking the cove, where we could see and hear the sea lions having fun. Interesting cocktail list and delicious fish tacos. We would happily return!

We ate downstairs becuase of a cold rain outside. It had a nice ambience and we were seated promptly. We were a party of seven and tried many of the dishes. Appetizers: Excellent was the beet salad and the tuna "tacos" (there is no tortilla, more like tuna wrapped in tuna--really good). Stinging nettle "spaghetti" was good. Entrees: The cauliflower... This is an upscale restaurant with fantastic views. The food is very fresh, the portions are big, and the staff is very attentive. If your having lunch there sit upstairs with a view of the water. We watched Sea Lions playing and eating, dolphins jumping right from our table. The menu changes semi often and the chef does a great... More
