A great place to dine outside in La Jolla. We ate twice there on our recent trip. Both breakfast and lunch were excellent. We especially enjoyed the Mahi Tacos and the Ceviche. Large portions, very reasonable prices for La Jolla, and fast, friendly service. Beautiful surroundings and great food.

Nice little sidewalk-type restaurant. The food was excellent, the service not so much. He seemed bored to be there. Too bad, because it's a really nice place to be. La Jolla is beautiful. An advertisement lauded their Fish & Chips, reporting that the dish had won awards, so we tried it. I would have to agree that it deserves an... More

We sat outside for breakfast and enjoyed the view of the ocean. Plus it was raining and we did not even get wet. Best coffee in La Jolla. Friendly and attentive staff. Perfectly cooked poached egg.

They have the most Amazon French toast!!! The view was nice, service was good, and we loved our breakfast. My husband had the eggs Benedict and I had the French toast. We thought both were excellent.

My first day I stopped in by myself and had Chilaquiles and they were fabulous, and the service was great. I sat outside enjoying the La Jolla cove view sipping away on a peach spritzer. I was so impressed I came back the next day with my husband (who had business to attend to the first day). I went on... More

Good lunch spot that is a local favorite, always a promising sign. The wait was longer than promised, but the satisfying fare made it mostly worth it. Really good service but food was a tad uneven. The chowder was very tasty but was served lukewarmish. Fish tacos were likewise tasty with plentiful serving of mahi mahi. However, the dish was... More

I ordered the Chilaquiles and they were the best I've ever had. Service was quick and prompt I stopped in around 10:30 AM on a Friday...no wait. This was my first time here so I looked around to see what other people were eating and everything looked delicious. I will be back tomorrow. And I will be back the next... More

We ate at Codys twice during our stay in La Jolla. Both our brunch and lunch were well cooked and very tasty. Well worth the few minutes wait for a table.

Outstanding! Every dish that came out was mouthwatering. We had the BLT...amazing....and the fish tacos. When I go back the Lobster roll will be what I order. Learned that's one of their most popular dishes. Salads looked huge and filled with all kinds of goodness. Wonderful mimosas......Blackberry is my favorite. We sat on the patio and had a beautiful view... More

Great location right next to the cove in La Jolla. I could eat almost anything on the menu but decided to go with the chilaquiles and share the french toast. French toast was excellent and the chilaquiles were good, but not my favorite ever. My friend had the lobster roll, whichI had a bite of and it was great. They... More
