This place is a gem. Excellent location with plenty of outdoor seating. Came on a Saturday around 10am and was pleasantly surprised to find there was a table available. The food was excellent and they have ginormous portions. Everything on the menu looked great. I opted for the eggs benedict which was perfect. No complaints. Come here then walk down... More

This quaint restaurant on the side of the street is a real gem!! Enjoy the outdoor seating and the view, and don't worry blankets are available in case you feel chilled! Each breakfast item we ordered was a vision as well as a tasty treat! The farmers omelette was loaded with fresh veggies and goat cheese, yum! The blueberry pancakes... More

It looked nice from the street, so we stopped in and were glad we did. It was really awesome. The food was fabulous, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good and friendly. We will definitely go back.

Rolled in to Cody's after our flight in and had a great breakfast. Blueberry pancakes and a farmers omelette. Loved the grits as a side. By the way you have a view of La Jolla bay.

The atmosphere, food, and service were great, very fun, but it does get loud with all the tables so close together. It was a long wait to get in for lunch, but there were chairs outside and it was lovely weather, so no problem there. I would have given it five stars but I thought the bathroom was dirty--the door... More

Excellent way to start our mini getaway. We ate outside with a great view of the ocean. The staff were very relaxed and helpful. The portion sizes were larger than we expected. A touch on the expensive side however we found the food to be great, especially the French toast.

I paid over €20 for a very average eggs benedict, with almost tasteless bacon and hollandaise sauce, and the worst cup of what was supposed to be normal (Ceylon) tea ever. This place relies on its location near the beach as there is nothing else to recommend it.
