Over rated and over priced! Drinks were of Minimal size, one piece of lobster in Mac & Cheese and $32 for a hamburger!!! The best part of the experience was the staff! Very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant and the people are amazing! My wife and I weee looking for good food and came across the place. The menu was intriguing and we dropped in. I have to say that Jenna was our first impression of a server and she set...the mood for a wonderful night with her warm and friendly mentality. Then the food was amazing. For entrees, my wife and I had the bone marrow crab cake and Korean short rib! Then Chef Victoria dropped by and was equally friendly and warm. She recommended the butter cake and I did not pass! OH MY GOSH it all was so amazing! Perfect blend of ambiance, people, and food! Loved the experience and will be bringing more friends!More

Food was great. Steaks were cooked perfectly. They had a live band on the patio. The wait staff was extremely nice.

We only had drinks and oysters at this cute, but large, restaurant on a busy street in La Jolla. We sat on the street side outdoor deck and enjoyed people watching while we enjoyed our late afternoon snack. Service was very good, the oysters were...pricey but very fresh with tasty condiment options. The wine, cocktail, beer offerings are varied and wonderful. The name brought us in, the experience will bring us back.More

A wonderful restaurant with Gerardo and Max taking care of us, great lobster with ricotta cheese, the chowder with french fries was sensational, great scallops, and great tableservice wine corkage was reasonable, good vibe good excitement.

Just happened to find ourselves in La Jolla Village around lunch time and since it wasn't planned, hadn't made reservations anywhere. This seemed to be the only place with seating availability since it was a busy holiday weekend. The fact that the place with half...empty where all the other restaurants had 1.5hr waits was a red flag but we were hungry and didn't see many options. The hostess still asked for my name and cell # even though we were seated right away which was odd. We arrived around 1:30pm and promptly ordered. They unfortunately had run out of the fish tacos so I asked if I could do the avocado tacos but add salmon. Unfortunately they have a very fixed menu and were not able to accommodate. Everything has to be served exactly as you see it on the menu. When we tried to add an order of brussels sprouts after the fact, the server informed us that the kitchen was closing unfortunately and it was too late. Apparently the kitchen closes at 2pm. We ordered cocktails which were mediocre and weak. We ordered 1/2 doz. oysters whose shells were large but the oysters themselves were miniscule. The mango slaw was all cabbage. Apparently they must have run out of mango. The chowder fries were also disappointing. The fries themselves were good but they poured perhaps 1/2 cup of chowder in the middle which was mostly potato. There are way better options in the neighborhood. Just have to plan and make reservations ahead of time.More

What a great experience! We were visiting the area and looking for a “special place” to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant did not disappoint! We were greeted by “Chef Chris” who reviewed the menu and made a couple of suggestions based on what type of...food we were looking for. We ordered the chef’s signature “crab cakes”. If you love crab, this is a must have! Our waiter (Lucas) was a true professional server. He appeared when we needed him and disappeared when we didn’t. Our entrees were served hot, a beautiful presentation and were absolutely delicious! If your looking for top quality, this is the place! Thank you to Chris and Lucas for a truly wonderful experience!More

The decor is very cool, nice outdoor space with heaters. Our server was very friendly. The oysters were great!! They didn’t serve with horseradish though. We had The crabcakes with bone marrow because I love bone marrow however I was a little disappointed because they...are just crabcakes in a bone I couldn’t taste or see any bone marrow. The lamb lollipops were delicious the Brussels sprouts were great and the pumpkin brownie was to die for. The grapefruit drink was perfect! overall I was pleased and definitely will be back.More
