Very small property. Property is older, lighting poor. Menu typical of burger joint. Service is friendly. Food was fresh but average. Prices high. OK value for the area.

My family of 5 arrived here AFTER closing time, but the folks there graciously let us in!! I had a double cheeseburger with fries, my wife had the Hula Burger (teriyaki and pineapple), my son had a grilled chicken sandwich....all amazing! Everybody loved their food! Wife said right away that the onion rings were the best she ever had! Same... More

The wait is very long but pretty worth it. Taste good and a lot of fries! the ordering system is a bit confusing

Just went for an ice cream, but there was very little choice and the wait was long. I felt the place was run down and grubby. Not worth the wait.

Any family place with picnic benches and the smell of burgers being grilled 3 blocks away, was worth a try. We loved it! Sitting outside after a long day soaking in the sun at Lake Tahoe, this meal hit the spot. Yes the wait can be long (because it is popular), but the burgers and grilled chicken are very good,... This place was filthy. We went there just for ice cream cones, but were told it would take 1/2 hr (because of other people standing in line to order burgers). I'm not an ice cream snob at all, but this was the worst soft-serve I've ever had. My guess is that this place rests on its bygone laurels.

This place looks like something from a day gone by, so the nostalgia got the best of us and we tried it. The prices were average but the kitchen (you can see them making the food) seemed hectic and scattered. The seating is mainly outside with some questions about mustard and ketchup containers sitting out all day in the hot... More

We hit this place whenever we go to Tahoe. Their burgers are the best and the chicken sandwiches and fries are delish also.

We ate there on the hotel's recommendation for a real burger! The burger was great, staff so busy but helpful. Dinner for USD20!

We found this burger place while walking up the main road in kings beach. They had a line out the door, so we went in for dinner. The food was good overall, and they took very special care to handle a food allergy within the group. The food did take a while to get, however there was a large group... More
