My husband and I come here all the time. He always has there signature dish the Luma coni, and I always do the angel hair pomodora with goat cheese and pine nuts. We have tried many other dishes those are our favorites and everything is delicious and moderately priced. There house salad and dressing are excellent. Service is always outstanding... More

Outstanding Italian food in a friendly family-style restaurant. I love their eggplant parmesan - best ever! Service is good too!

We have eaten there many times over the years and have never been disappointed. The service is great and the food is not bad. Traditional Italian, pizza, steak, chicken, chops, veal, pasta, soup, and salads. For pizza lovers the pizza there is traditional and pretty good. They are very generous on their portion sizes so you won't walk away hungry.... More

It was very busy, even mid-week. We elected to eat at the bar. Friendly server. We shared a delicious pizza and each had a salad. Portions are large. You could even split the salad it's so large.

Lanza's is a tradition for many and more often than not it is packed. We met our friends here for dinner. The way the restaurant is laid out if your not careful you'll be seated where you can barely hear yourself think let alone carry on a conversation. We should of asked if they could move us to a quieter... More

Out of about 10-15 eating places we ate at around Tahoe, Lanza's was by far the best. We went there mid week and returned again for our last night. From the steak, chicken, the veal, pastas, soup, and salad- it was all made from scratch and delicious. To make it even better the service was exceptional! Compared to other places... More

We had dinner there on our first night in Tahoe. The food was OK, but it wasn't worth the 45 minute wait. Pasta sauce was bland and food was a bit cold when it came to the table.

Second time visiting. Authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. Good service. The Veal Parmesan is big enough to share.

Some of their items are very good (eggplant parmigiana, some of the veal dishes), but others are just so-so. One of us had a chicken dish with rubbery chicken. Will be back to try other menu items.
