Nice spot near the lake. Outdoor and indoor seating. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the chicken and salmon sandwiches. Good crisp fries. Service was excellent.

We stopped in after a quick hike. People were waiting to get in at noon when it opened. Now we know why. This is a great place, the interior is all wood, with a 70’s feel, there is a cool fireplace in the corner that...is begging for colder weather. Nothing fancy which we love. I tried the Bloody Mary and it was fantastic, my husband had a mule he also really liked. We ordered the prime rib dip and I had the salmon sandwich. They both were delicious, I may have like the prime rib better! The fries were beer battered and hot! Service was great, Food came out fast, We are headed back!More

Carmen, we truly appreciate your great review! Our cozy indoor atmosphere really does wonders when the temperatures drop. We hope to see you again soon!

This was recommended to us by a friend who frequents the area. The day was cold so no one was dining outside on the patio, which is what draws many to this place. Inside the facility is somewhat dark, a little noisy. Service was very...attentive. Not a huge selection of meals. The portions are very generous. Burgers are very large, French fries are very good. French dip sandwich was superb. Family friendly. Reasonable prices.More

Extremely disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. Drinks were inconsistent. Such a shame for a restaurant with a beautiful view.

The view of the lake from the deck was nice. Had the French dip sandwich & fries; it was kinda meh. I ate half & gave the rest to my dog. My wife had the French onion soup & a salad; she enjoyed them both....My wife said the waitress looked disappointed after hearing her order. I asked my wife if I looked just as disappointed after the first bite of my French dip.More

Great local spot, highly recommend if you are in North Lake Tahoe. Basically on the lake, maybe twenty yards from the beach, with great views of the water. Casual so good for families, but a fun atmosphere for couples or young friends, too. I had...a blackened salmon sandwich that was excellent. The salad with cheese and tomatoes was great. Steak sandwich a winner. Have to say, avoid the half chicken - it was subpar compared to the rest. Burgers look great. Plenty of people drinking, even a bar outside. We sat on the deck but there is indoor, casual seating as well. Desert pie was good. Very friendly service. Perfect spot to get the flavor of North Tahoe. REASONABLE PRICES for this kind of restaurants.More

Used to love this place. It has really gone downhill. Of course we miss the salad bar terribly, but now the french fries are aweful.

We actually came here twice, the first time for dinner then another day for lunch. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is fun and casual. The employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We even met and chatted...with some locals who were also very friendly. The food was very good and the prices reasonable for what you get. Their burgers and fries are especially good. Their hot apple pie a la mode is wonderful as is their cheesecake. We didn’t have anything that we weren’t very happy with. I highly recommend this place and suggest arriving early. If you go on a Friday night, be prepared to park fairly far away and experience a wait. The bar is a good place to wait - friendly staff and good drinks. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.More

Oh my lanta!! Currently eating Cheerios while writing this review. This restaurant has gone down the drain. Save your money! It has become more of a bootleg Sizzler without a salad bar.

Husband and I stopped on our loop around Lake Tahoe per reviews (which I’m big on). I got the chicken sandwich with avocado and two thin slices of chicken wet placed to make believe a thick breast of chicken. My husband got the blackened salmon...and specified to not be over cooked and it was. Disappointed. Our waiter was great though, we had to leave on an emergency and he was great to get me boxes and the check to leave. If ever in the area, though view was great, good and margaritas were very disappointing.More

Our sever, Max, was friendly and knew the menu well. The view of the lake is fantastic- snow topped mountains in the background . If you come, definitely sit on the porch. I had the Ruben . Im pretty much Ruben aficionado. This may have...been the best Ruben I’ve ever had. The sauerkraut and sauce are homemade - cudos . Highly recommend.More

Yes, there is lots of indoor seating. However, most people like to sit outside because there is a great view of Lake Tahoe from the patio seating area and the weather during the summer is great.
