I watched the staff squeeze fresh OJ late Fridat for their Satuday AM rush. The Crossroads Cafe food is wonderful. Everyone works hard. Not sure what your problem is, but the restaurant is far from “a dump”. Perhaps you want certified organic food, as I do at home. Traveling - I wish all restaurants were so delicious and attentive as the Crossroafs.
