Being entirely honest here: we didn't plan on having dinner here. Our first choice - the restaurant we navigated to - had a horrible wait time for dinner, and we were short on time. We left the first restaurant, and walked the few steps to Chef Hung. They weren't busy, and their menu looked promising, so we went in. I'm... More

Geat location in Diamond Plaza, parking can be challenge Very nice interior with an Asian style, service and the waiter was attentive. Their signature dish is beef soup (shank, tendon and tripe). Broth was unique flavor, it just wasn't up to par too greasy! Love the noodles was extra chewy! Green scallion pancakes are amazing! Loved the spicy Wonton Nice... More

I went to Diamond Jam ore for lunch and decided to try something new. Carpet Hung was a nice surprise. I tried their champion beef noodles, and it was delicious. You have a choice of thin or thick noodles. I tried the thick ones for a new option, as I would normally select the regular thin noodles. It was a... More

We went there for lunch and ordered beef noodles. My husband ordered the Award-Winning noodle soup with beef shank, tendon & tripe and I ordered the braised beef shank soup noodle. The broth was delicious! I never ate such delicious broth like that. The noodle was perfect; not too chewy or doughy. The shank was a bit chewy but I... More

Chef Hung has big potential but seems a little rough around the edges. Positive: Most of the food items we ordered were good (maybe not award winning). The menu is varied and seems authentic. Some unusual items are offered. The restaurant is clean and the decor is striking. Negatives: The service was a little on the slow side. The place... More

I was really hyped about this place as it promises award winning beef noodle. However, when the noodle came, it doesn't live up to the hype at all. The noodle itself is more than decent, but that's about the only thing worth mentioning. The beef is not flavorful at all, it could use another hour or two (at least) in... More

Arrived at 9 PM with party of 2 (restaurant closed at 10 PM). The captain stopped the young waiter from seating us on a 4 person table (that was just two 2-person tables combined together) stating that those tables are reserved for larger group (really doubt that will be the case this late in the evening). Has to wait for... More
