After flying into LAX, I looked up restaurants opened late on the way to Irvine, and went by the hours posted on their site. We arrived at 9:40p and was told they were only take out and we were good with that.
The broth stayed hot all the way to the room and the elements of the pho were dished up separately. The large fed two people with leftovers for the morning—a warm and comforting end to a long day of travel as well as a great way to start the next day.

I wanted something like pho for lunch so I decided to give this place a try. The staff treated me politely and the price was good. I went with the vegetable Pho and was happy with my meal.
Please note that a beef broth is used with this one. Not a problem for me, but vegetarians/vegans may have to order something else on the menu.

Arrived in Irvine at 9:30 pm and located this place opened until 10 pm and rushed over for our fam to get some pho. They told us we could eat but need to Rush as they were cleaning up so we had to eat our meal in less than 10 min. And Im glad they accommodated us but felt too rushed to even enjoy my bowl. Its in a big plaza with Many restaurants ,grocery to check out.

I was looking for a place to eat before heading to the airport and stumbled upon this Pho place. A little hipster/bougie, but it was pretty good. Portions were adequate and the space was fine.
Service was excellent!
There is a kids' menu and there were quite a few families there, there, so if you have the little ones, this may be a place for you!

Had the pleasure to eat their Pho last night and it was fantastic. The service was fast and friendly. The portion was huge and very well priced. They don't have alcohol, but didn't matter since the Pho was so good.

Pho and spring roll was the only thing I could try this time. Both were good and also a good portion. Good taste with no msg added. This was the first time and during off hours. They have a sign in list, so it must get busy during lunch. Based my choice on reviews from Trip Advisors. I'll be back to try some of the over rice dishes.

Lots of good and delicious too! Everything is fresh and prepped properly, the meats are cooked as requested. Service is good, nothing special but its a busy little place and I think they try really hard to take care of all of their guests.

We’ve been to Pho Saigon and the restaurant has been very consistent in keeping the best possible pho for us to enjoy. Parking in the weekend evening can be the only drawback.

We decided to try Vietnamese food for the first time in California. We were very please by the taste and the quality. The price was very good. This area had so many choices and I'm glad we choose this restaurant.

Lunch time at the Diamond Jamboree Center is an adventure in trying to choose which restaurant to eat at: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Fusion...all within steps of each other. We stopped at Pho Saigon Pearl and were told to sign in on their waiting list...the restaurant was packed...always a good sign. We signed in and luckily were called immediately. I had the cold vermicelli noodles with vegetables, grilled shrimp, chicken and egg rolls. I bolstered the sauce with a spoonful of pepper condiment and poured it over the dish. Perfection. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Have some iced tea to complement the meal. Recommend!

The pho here had generous, tender noodles, good quality meat and fresh bean sprouts, but the broth lacked the rich complex flavor that's a hallmark of a good pho. Instead it was an overly salty affair and made for only a satisfactory bowl.

Great location, It is in a corner lot with plenty of restaurants.
Problem with parking specially on the weekend
The service was super fast and very friendly
Love the combination meat Pho, the broth is tasty!
but the noodles are stick together (prepare ahead of time)
The spring rolls were above average. Prefer rice paper,

The place is clean and services is fast compare to other Vietnamese places I had been to.
The aroma of Pho is authentic as you step into the restaurant. I ordered the filet mignon Pho, it's good and generous portion. Presentation is good, only complaint is that the noodles were all stick together like they had been prepared for a while.
Service is fast. There are other choices beside Pho. With Pho is passing grade, I think it's safe to recommend this place although I think it's a wait if you have large party.

The place was packed at 9P on a SAT night. Despite the crowd, the staff was extremely efficient at turning over tables and remained extremely calm and pleasant. This was my first visit, but I will be returning.
The food was delivered promptly and was very delicious. The crowd was very diverse, but there were enough Vietnamese eating there that it must be a good choice. Give it a try.
The grilled beef spring roll and chicken noodle dish were very good and the prices are very reasonable.
