I had a salmon salad that was good. Others had burgers. We had Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese balls for appetizers. Very good. We all liked our food. Service was friendly. It was busy. We had to wait for a table. Parking lot is next...to the restaurant and shopping area. It was busy on a Saturday night.More
I met a colleague at Eureka! for lunch. She had a hot tea and I had the ice water. we each had a salad while we talked. The salads were fresh and the ingredients were tasty. The server gave us room to speak and offered...anything additional that we might need. Overall it was a pleasant lunch. The cost was very reasonable.More
We've stopped in for lunch at Eureka twice within the last few months, most recently in October. The Cowboy Burger has been our default favorite; not exactly "health food" but very satisfying. On our most recent visit, my husband ordered it again, but substituted the...Mac & Cheese balls for the fries as a side; they were amazingly good -- like arancini but with Mac & Cheese, flavored with bits of jalapenos, rather than risotto. I opted for a Cobb Salad this time, which was not extraordinary but a reasonable version of this dish. Service is a bit erratic -- the food is delivered hot, straight from the kitchen but we've had to wait for our server to take our orders and to bring the check. Given recent labor shortages, I'm not faulting the restaurant. When I've spotted the server, he/she has always been bustling so it's not an issue of laziness. Otherwise, service is fine -- friendly and with food delivered as ordered.More
This is a burger and wings joint so if you’re not a burger or chicken wings person, there are only 2 salads. Food was very good including great fries. But service was ridiculous. Initial cocktail order took 20 minutes. Second round never arrived at all....Excuse was only one bartender very busy. Might be better for take out. Hopefully they’ll get more bartenders and train the servers to check in more often with customers.More
One night, after a day of visiting Joshua tree, we decided to pick up the $60 family pack, at Eureka. Two Apps, Four Entrees and two desserts. It was JUST what we needed, tasty, perfect amount for four adults and a terrific value. Would order...again.More
Ordered a cheeseburger to go with sweet potato fries. Burger great, done like I wanted and an excellent, beefy taste. Unfortunately they put the sweet potato fries I ordered as a side in the same clamshell with the hot, steaming burger. By the time I...got home 4 minutes later the fries were all soggy from being confined in the steamy box. Eureka’s management should see how the competition packages fries for take out. My cautionary advice: don’t pay extra for this side until they figure out how to serve it.More
So no where when you walk in the restaurant or on the menu is there a notice saying you are charged 16% for employees safety but it’s added to your bill poor way to run a restaurant
From a Sunday brunch to dis for with Bloody Mary's you won't forget. We love this restaurant. All manner of delicious food served wonderfully make we this a Goto restaurant. And.... the bourbon and rye brands available are unique to the desert.
The first time we tried to eat at Eureka, we could not find it even though we drove into the parking lot where it is located. The sign is barely visible. We ultimately found it a few days later and were very happy that we...did. We both had the Cowboy burger with a side of fries and beer from the large craft beer list. Food was delicious. Beer choices were impressive. Our waiter was helpful, attentive, and friendly. Would certainly return.More
Visiting friends in Palm Springs and we went to Eureka for dinner. It is a hopping place, got there somewhat early, got seated right a way. Our server was soon at our table with menus and answering questions. Sampled a couple of beers d decided...on the Firestone loger. I had the hemp bowl interesting combination of sweet potatoes quinoa black rice pickled red onions few other things it's very tasty very filling. My wife had the strawberry salad which she's thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely a place we would go back to.More
Lunch with a friend. Our first visit to Eureka and we are already planning a return visit. Our pleasant and attentive server, Gracie ( ?) was wonderful. Didn't feel rushed and she patiently explained several of the drink options as well as described some menu...items We started with the glazed Brussel sprouts. Tasty, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Next was the Mac and Cheese balls. OMG. Amazing. This could become my new favorite crave item. Tacos and cheeseburgers were very good. Next time I will be a bit more daring and try one of the more unusual items like a Bison Burger and possibly the Whiskey Bar. The prices are reasonable. There is indoor/ourdoor seating and a bar area. We got there on a Wednesday morning around 11:30 AM and there was plenty of seating. It started to fill up at noon and seems to be a popular spot for lunch. Will go again and take visitors as well!More
Nice lunch while driving through Indian Wells. Great selection of craft beers and craft whiskeys. We’ll definitely stop here when we go to the tennis tournament.
Went to eureka as we heard the Mac and cheese balls were to die for on our visit and Hailey was helping us and she was terrible. But that didn’t phase me cause I enjoyed the food for the most part... what bothered me is,...At one point I went to the bathroom and saw her doing what looked like heroin in the stalls. I will never go to a restaurant of this brand ever again if this is what they hire and omg was the food terrible. I guess La Jolla is a one off and if I try again I will make sure to go to that one instead. What is wrong with the Palm Springs area?! Terrible service everywhere and what feels like a town of insanity. Enjoy your drugs Palm Springs cause if this is the resort life... it’s not for me.More
They have an amazing bar menu and collection of whiskey and bourbon. That said, the actual quality of the recipes of the food items isn’t top notch - they know how to write a menu to impress, but the promise is missed when you taste...the food - they can’t deliver. Nice location and very casual. This is for sure about Happy Hour - but this isn’t a happy lunch or dinner kind of place.More
