Sitting in the garden at Boon, drinking a glass of local wine, and listening to the band play next door was pure bliss. The best salad was fresh and delicious, as was the polenta lasagna. The flavors were totally on point and the chard tasted...like it had been picked 10 minutes before. Great for vegetarians, good for vegans. While they have a vegan bowl, my guess is they would be happy to accommodate where possible to veganize other options.More

This was packed every night and had such good reviews that I expected more. First, I was not comfortable with their social distancing policies. They had everyone that was waiting for pick up standing right by the few tables on the street so 6 feet...could not be maintained and I hated to pull down my mask to even take a bite. The menu was pretty limited for non red meat eaters. The food itself was tasty but not terribly hot, it seemed like it had been cooked in advance (it did come out fast). Didn't seem worth the price for ambiance or food (even in these difficult times). This seems like one of those places that is trendy but relying too heavily on its reputation (which may go south if they don't step up).More

We got carry out, the vegan polenta lasagna and the Beyond meat burger , both were very good. People serving were friendly and helpful

This is one of the best restaurants in downtown Guerneville. Interesting simple dishes like braised brussels sprouts and Kale side dish are much more flavorful that found in most restuarants. The Red Pepper cream soup was also very good.

Been to the Russian River lots of times over the years, and have eaten here on three occasions. It does not disappoint. This time I had the polenta lasagna and my husband had the 5 Dot burger (I forgot to ask what that meant) with...truffle fries, and we shared the brussel sprouts dish. Was the food profound? Nah. Was it very good, in a nice atmosphere, served by polite and attendant servers? Sure. Points for the burger having pickled onions instead of just regular or grilled ones.More

Great service. We felt valued and special. Only tried two dishes but the polenta lasagna would be worth a second trip! The spicy butternut squash soup tasted like a bottle of tika masala sauce from Trader Joe's. Bread pudding was yummy. Overall, the service was...remarkable.More

We just loved this place. We stopped on our way after viewing the sunset at Goat Rock Beach. The place only holds 12 or so small (mostly 2-person, some 4-person) tables in a storefront on the main street. We had wine/beer and two delicious entrees:...duck breast with sweet potato mash, brussel sprout leaves, pomegranates; and pot roast with mashed potatoes and broccolini. We finished with a press coffee and a chocolate brownie. It was a quiet Sunday night in November, so nice service.More

Great fresh foods. Lovely local wines. Super service. Cozy eating area - show up early; it gets crowded fast!

The food was good and it is a quaint little place in a cute little town that has the potential to be absolutely amazing and charming. However, the 2 servers we had the displeasure of interacting with were rude to the point of hilarity.

The farm to table menu was excellent. The crispy Brussels were so tasty as was the 3 beet salad. I enjoyed the braised pork and polenta while my guest had the local cod Fish and chips. The pana cotta was a great finish. The beer...(Henhouse Saison) and wine choices were perfect.More

They do, but only in the very limited front patio seating area...and they don't take reservations. Get there early (like 15 minutes before they open at 5pm to snag one of the pet-friendly tables or high-top bar area).

The staff is very helpful and could make sure your peanut allergy is attended to in the kitchen.
