Good old “Down Home, Good Cooked Food”. Between the three of us we ordered both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was an avocado, bacon and cheese omelette with hash browns and a toasted english muffin and lunch was a juicy teriyaki pineapple burger with fries. All...were very tasty and cooked as ordered. We chose to dine in and enjoyed the appropriately spaced “Social Distancing” yet attentive service. We readily recommend dining here.More
Very cute cafe style with much more seating than expected. Next to the railroad tracks in Grover Beach, the restaurant serves very good breakfast and lunch.
Good place to eat before/after Amtrak which is walking distance from here. Breakfast is served until around noon so 3 of us had delicious breakfast and 1 had cheeseburger which looked great with good fries! Prices are very reasonable. You order at the counter and...they bring you the food. Staff seems to be very accommodating.....will be back.More
Fast and friendly service! Food was great! Perfect location by the tracks at Grover Beach Station. The place was clean and very interesting....historic facts all over the walls!
Neighborhood Traditional food spot. Have ate breakfast and dinner. Diner style without the Pie, good coffee, more than fair prices.
We had a great big breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was hot and tasted fine. Coffee on tap and very helpful and friendly staff the price was also super for what you get.
Home cooking good breakfast next to railway station very clean very friendly fast service fun design
I rate the station grill as a five because of the friendliness, organization, and care evidenced by the owners Chris and Karen and their staff. After you visit this café once or twice they already know your name and welcome you by name the next time...you arrive. This is a casual place where you order at the counter and Then you are served your food. Coffee is always great and service is prompt. The restaurant is always clean and there is a consistent iwait staff and the cooks behind the counter. Give it a try if you are in the vicinity of grand and Highway one. a great stop for coffee but very reasonably priced breakfast, lunches and dinners.More
Had the breakfast special with bacon and sliced tomatoes and it was wonderful. Bacon was crispy and lean. Great value and service was great. Will return.
I have eaten here numerous times, and never been disappointed. The menu has almost to many choices. Breakfast is plentiful and substitutions are not frowned upon. The clubhouse sandwich is giant, fresh and the fries not greasy or overcooked. The entire place is very clean,...void of sticky condiment containers and gooey tabletops.Great wraps, fair burgers and friendly chatty staff.More
First time, today, on dog friendly patio! Great breakfast sandwich with coffee. Always grate to find places that welcome dogs and provide fresh water on dog bowl. I'd return tomorrow!
The owners are on top of everything here, I have breakfast here most every Saturday with a car club and what most of us order costs under $5.00 and is always tasty. There is a local Blue Grass band that plays here on Saturday nights...where you can get 2 hours of good entertainment and good food for under$7.00.More
Always look forward to visiting Station Grill. Generally have breakfast there, before a day of exploring the Central Coast. Always good food, and prices. Friendly service. Lunch is good also.
The people are nice and aim to serve. The burgers were okay. Fries - so/so. It seems to be family owned. The person taking your order at the counter then brings your order to your table. It’s very small.
