We ate here twice on a recent visit to Sonoma Wine country. This is the sister restaurant to the Underwood across the street. We went for breakfast and dinner on two separate days. Both meals were excellent. The salmon special on Monday night was exceptional....Clearly the owner of both of these restaurants has exceptional chefs.More

We stopped here for lunch between winery visits. My husband who has celiac disease had an amazing fish stew and I had a sandwich, potato salad, cookie and coffee. Potato salad tasted exactly like mine and my late mother's - and that is a good...thing. Very friendly.More

Willow Wood is related to Underwood across the street. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner on various occasions. The specials are always worth considering. The breakfast is hearty and filling. I look forward to it each time I eat breakfast out. I found that...the espresso made coffee is much better than the drip coffee. The scrambles are great but the French Folded eggs are a special treat. Service is efficient but be sure to give them a break if it is busy. Dinner and lunch are also to be explored.More

Went there for a late lunch early dinner.Been there numerous times for lunch.Go to place in the west county of Sonoma for delicious dining experience. My friend had a delicious pok tenderloin with polenta.Juixy and tender! Listened to a mixture 50 and 60's music. I...had four large meatballs that were outstanding. The tomato sauce was a little to thick for my spaghetti. On other occasions I have had their smoked trout salad and have asked for romaine instead of their mixed greens. It super delicious. In warmer days a great patio in the back.More

Stopped in here at the recommendation of our hotel (The farmhouse inn) and loved it! I ordered the Mediterranean plate and it was delicious. The service was decent, but the food and small-down feel ambiance was even better.

I've been dining here for over 25 years - since they opened. I normally eat here at least once a week, and previously when I worked in town almost every day. I've never, ever had a bad or substandard meal. The food is rustic, creative...and delicious.More

Good place for a French bistro style breakfast. Off beaten path a bit but worth the effort. Easy to find in Groton and no problem with parking. Service is OK but nothing special.

Went for breakfast & had a happy start into the morning thanks to the strong cappuccino even before the food arrived. Great scrambled eggs (“farmer’s” and “Californian”), both to be recommended. Their lunch/sandwich menu looked equally enticing but sadly it was impossible to get any...of the fancier sandwiches to-go before 11am (we wanted to pack lunch for kayaking). Still, huge recommendation as a breakfast spot in the Graton area!More
