Absolutely the best view. Went for breakfast with my wife, son and nephew. Service was impeccable. Coffee was delicious and our service refilled several times without asking. Nephew had 3 giant sized pancakes, son had Eggs Benedict, wife had heuvos rancheros and everyone said it was delicious. I had the lobster omelette and it had tons of large pieces of... More

We ate at the Bistro while staying at the Bacara and enjoyed our meal and service. A bit pricey but this is expected at a high end hotel.

Great place for a craft beer. Great selection of IPAs+ on draft, plus plenty of bottles. Nice outdoor seating. Music every night (loud). Minimal food. Cheese plated and sandwich for lunch. Dog friendly.

The location is beautiful but the food and service is slow and spotty. Some things were really well done and the ambiance made it easy to overlook the shortfalls.

Food and service in this restaurant is nicely consistent, when they're open. We enjoyed breakfast here each day of our stay. The service was good and the food was good. We had the Chef's Table twice and some food was cold at times, but it was refreshed consistently. The omelette station was great and the fruit and pastry display was... More

Next time I would go for the appetizers & cocktails rather then the full meal. Absolutely LOVED the Thai Brussel Sprouts!

Had breakfast, lunch and dinner. This Restuarant needs to update it menu. Menu is very limited. Great service and beautiful atmosphere. Chicken orzo soup was not what I expected.

This is a lovely spot for breakfast or any other meal for that matter. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The views across the sea are stunning. The breakfast choices are multiple and I had the homemade granola with yoghurt and fresh fruit - it was excellent.

The Bisto was our favorite place for breakfast, lunch and/or a late afternoon snack. The view could not be beat and the food and service were impeccable. Loved!!

Since the resort is quite a ways out of town, it is great to have several restaurant choices on-site. We ate both breakfast and dinner at The Bistro. The outside tables are terrific - great views, lots of room between tables, not too loud and good lighting. The food is just OK - nothing wrong with it but nothing special... More
