The Bambino is a sourdough crust - "amazing" Pizza that is only available for Dinner and is a must if you find yourself craving fresh mozzarella and fresh made sausage on site. Red Sauce at it's best with other spices making this my favorite even above The Inferno, "hot", spicy peppers and fresh mozzarella. Try it---

We heard from locals this was the place to go. And they were right, we had the pig ears appetizer ....very southern type dish but this had been Californized and was tasty. The pizza here is what its known for and it didnt miss. several styles and lots of offerings.

A friend and I had pizza here for lunch yesterday. A chef and winery worker recommended it. They were right. The pizza was outstanding. I had the prosciutto and pizza and my friend had the diavola. We had local craft beer. Service was friendly and prompt. Overall this was an excellent lunch and is worth the drive to get there.

After visiting both of Francis Ford Coppola's wineries we decided that a little pizza would be delicious. All five of us ordered something different and everyone was completely satisfied with their choices. They offer many styles of pizza (even gluten free for me), sandwiches and salads - beers too of course. Good place to take your family, prices were good... More

I have my own wood fired oven so I am pretty critical of pizzerias. Dia valour makes very good pizzas and has excellent salads. The pizza formulas are well conceived. We thought the mushroom Pizza with truffles oil was outstanding. The dough is above average but oven management and cooking of the pie was outstanding. Highly recommended!

From the super fresh salad that was probably still in the ground that morning to the wood fire pizza grilled veggies and pizza were simply amazing. Sorry for the run on sentence but it was that good! The outside seating was quaint and surprisingly a bit warm for the current temperatures. But very cozy. The pizza crust seemed like authentic... More

After a long slow drive down from Eureka I spotted a review on Trip Advisor about this place, almost as we were passing. Tired and a little jaded we stopped for a restorative bite. We picked a pizza to share with gluten free crust, prosciutto, mozzarella and arugula. It was simply stunning!! The base was thin, crispy and had a... More

We spent a few hours at the Coppola Winery and wanted somewhere a bit more cozy to eat. Based on TA we came to Diavola. It was in between lunch and dinner so we walked around a bit till they switched to the dinner menu so we wouldn't miss out on any of the delicacies. It was the right choice!!... More

We stopped here as a result of other reviews, and Diavola did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our pizza! The skinny little bread sticks that are provided were such a nice snack to take off the edge of our hunger. We ate out back in such a great atmosphere. Walking under the clotheslines filled with laundry made me feel like... More
